This property is in the most convenient location for parents of Cal poly students. You are nearby campus and down the street from the downtown area. It has been comfortable, clean and quiet every time we have stayed here which has been about six times now.

Really disappointed and disgusted. The chain lock on the door was ripped off! The shower kept changing temperatures, and flow the whole time-forget pressure! Old rundown place with no elevator.

My stay at Mission Inn SLO was great. It’s a perfectly good place to stay at. Granted it’s not a 5 start hotel but I got to say that I found it to be clean, comfortable and affordable. Basically everything one looks for in a budget hotel. Next time I’m back in SLO I’ll stay here again.

The person at the front desk with the doggy was the best aspect of Mission Inn. I wish I hadn't booked the week. The room smelled like cigarettes and after house keeping "cleaned" it smelled like poop. Super gross! It was also noisy and very old. No hooks for anything. The AC was loud, fridge too. Although it was affordable I wouldn't stay there again.

Terrible. VERY disappointed.

Booked ADA room. High curb, sloped drive, NO ADA parking. Young person (maybe not even 18) at reception. Didn't know anything. Manager REFUSES to refund my money. I am calling them today. I'm filing a complaint with the authorities. I'm calling BBB. I'm posting on all appropriate sites.
