Great location

This house is perfectly located in Grover Beach, close to restaurants, activities for the kiddos, and the beach. It is in need of repairs and a good cleaning, but it is still a good deal for a family.

Nice property

The house was very clean and had everything you could need for our stay. We were two couples. Our only comment was the bedrooms were a bit mismatched for adults with one beautiful bedroom and bathroom upstairs and two smaller bedrooms with a much smaller bathroom downstairs so very difficult to choose who gets what!! Other than that, it was a lovely property. We also appreciated all of the cleaning products available.

Wedding trip

We rented the house to while in Grover Beach for our daughter's wedding. The house was in a great location for us to get to all the festivities, conveniently close to them. The house itself was very nice. It had plenty of space, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. We also liked having access to the garage for parking. Would def. stay again.

Quiet Location near the beach

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient location. Walking distance to the beach and the Monarch Butterfly grove. Plenty of space in the property. Near great places to eat, a bakery, coffee shop. Very enjoyable experience.

Wedding Stay

Son got married in Arroyo Grande. This location perfect. Has everything you can imagine as far as kitchen, linens, entertainment. Loved the rooftop. Property Manager easily accessible.

Location was great. Beds were way too soft and linens did not fit well. The owner could remove half the decorative pillows in the house and still have too many. Place also needs a deep clean. Check in process was very good.

Property was exactly as listing stated. We enjoyed morning breakfast from Red Bee ( coffee shop 1 block away ) on the rooftop patio of the house and sunset appetizers . The gathering spaces were perfect for relaxing by the gas fireplace or watching the game . Property manager was punctual with responses . Location perfect for walking to the beach . 15 min Uber to SLO / wineries / riding / airport .

Rest and relax in a cozy beach town

We loved our stay at Grover Beach! Beach and Monarch Grove within walking distance. We went on many walks and enjoyed a new view each time.. Varied marine life display in their natural environment was a wonderful bonus. ( sea otters, sea lions, elephant seals, birds, and monarchs in the winter habitat. A wonderful place for outdoor activities!

I'll Be Back!

This was an amazingly beautiful home with everything one could want for a relaxing long weekend wine tasting, visiting Hearst Caslt and The Madonna Inn and the Pismo Pier. I've stayed at many VRBO's that have so few pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. that you really can't function. This home had the right amount of everything and even things I didn't know I would need! A+++++!!!

Comfortable Beach House

My adult family of 6 enjoyed our stay in this comfortable beach house while visiting for a wedding. It is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The views from the rooftop deck and front balcony were wonderful. We took morning walks on the beach, visited the local Red Bee Coffee Shop and local wineries. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed, except a tea kettle (a sauce pan had to do). One note about the master bedroom/bathroom... there's a skylight/ nightlight over the tub that glows at night. There's no door between the bedroom and bathroom, so the light is visible. Also there's no privacy door in front of the toilet in the master bath. Those who need toilet privacy will need the whole master suite to themselves. But that won't deter me from renting this property again. We had a great stay.

Wonderful Location and Great Value

Everything was grate except the floors were very dirty. Our feet got black walking barefoot. Had a rolling "blackout" our last morning, so no showers before we left, and we couldn't start the dishwasher.

Beautiful relaxing home

This home is just as pretty as in the pictures, it's decorated so well, the beds are extremely comfortable, sheets,blankets and pillows were perfect and so soft. I've never slept in another bed that was like mine at home and these were if not better it was amazing. Kitchen is well equipped, but if your a cooking family maybe take an extra frying pan there was only one big and one small we cook quit a bit and one extra would have helped alot. Dining area is so nice and peaceful, deck was pretty all around was a wonderful stay. Thank you for sharing your home with my family we made wonderful memories ❤

Great house in a great location!

The property is exactly as it is billed, great location, clean, and has the amenities you need when traveling and looking to eat in for breakfast and dinners. Bedrooms are a little smaller than the pictures suggest, but hell you don't go to the beach to hang out in your room! We would definitely visit this home again for future visits to the area. We had two small issues: At check-in our door access code didn't work, but spoke with James at Evolve and had us going fixed in minutes. The WiFi password listed in our Welcome Email didn't work, but fortunately the password was noted on the router so again not a big deal.

Nice but not perfect

We had hoped this house was closer to the beach with a better view. It was a pleasant space with a few drawbacks. The main bedroom's bed was hard to get off and on of, even for a tall person. We did not use the other bedrooms, but we were unaware they were on a darker lower level. It was a good location for driving to Paso Robles which we did a lot. The beach nearby was lovely for long walks. We totAlly loved the area--nice restaurants. Coming back again.
