This property is clearly well-managed, as you can immediately sense it upon entering the room. We arrived late at night, so there was no one at the reception, but the contactless check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. I highly recommend staying here.

This is such a cute cozy place. We are in room 10. It’s tiny, but perfectly cute and adorable! Comfortable bed. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is in the center of the town. Everything is walkable. Bathroom sink was very tiny and i dripped all over. I would still go again.

Cute little place definitely a great deal with the kitchenette only thing I would say is the bedding did have some stains we always travel with our bedding anyways due to allergies but overall it’s a cute place and a great area and the staff was nice

Excellent All Around
Everything was great! Super, super clean room, cozy but comfortable, solid amenities, and wonderful owners who are personal and accommodating. The location is perfect. Easy walks to everywhere. Morro and Main is the epicenter of Morro Bay and this place is literally a block away. Walk to Lola & Frankie’s for breakfast then walk up to Legend’s at night and walk up and down Morro for shopping, food, and cocktails. I look forward to coming back again and again. Pleasant Inn is my go to!
