Very quaint and affordable hotel with great location 2 walking blocks to the heart of Morro Bay. Very nice and efficient staff; rooms are small but well-maintained and clean.

Staff was excellent, the rooms were just too small and had only one electrical outlet and no bathroom mirror, no ice machine. Great location to many shops and restaurants. Nice little hotel just didn’t have a few of the amenities we needed for the stay.

Staff was friendly and the room was just what we needed. It was simple and the room was clean. Nice bed too, I slept great. The location was not far from all the things we planned to go, so it worked out and it was affordable! Thank you, it definitely was a "pleasant" stay.

Very cute. Had everything we needed. Since we are on restrictive diets, it was nice to be able to cook. Took our home cooked dinner to the outdoor patio table.

Loved this place. It was a little odd that I was called about 45 minutes to see when we were arriving but later found out it was because they were closing the office due to that room being booked also. Great location for everything also

Beautiful property. Like having a little vacation condo rather than a hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Walking distance to shopping, bars, dining, and water. Plus great hikes in the area.

This was my first time staying in Morro Bay and I am so glad I stayed at the Pleasant Inn. Yes the shower is tiny, but it’s no big deal. It gets the job done. I lived going to sleep and waking up hearing the sound of the seals and the sea gulls. The walk to the shops and dining was pleasant and a short drive to the rock to see the otters was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay again. And the staff - outstanding!

Great Stay

Had a great stay at the Pleasant Inn. Staff were friendly and rooms were very clean. Hotel is an old style room with keys to open your door. There are only about 10 rooms at this Hotel. It was cozy, and quiet at night. I’m would definitely recommend.
