The worst and dirty hotel experience ever! If I could upload the photos you could see for self. I will be putting a review on google and if allowed, you can see the photos there. I paid $250 to stay one night 8/17/24 for soccer tournament at Cal poly. This booking was booked with many days in advanced. The beds had body fluids all over! The sink, faucet and bathroom floor had yellow/brown build up. As for the beds, I'm talking about urine stains, blood looking stains, other brown stains and one pubic hair. One of the queen matress cover had urine all over and a huge brown/yellow stain running down the bed. I called the front desk manager to the room. While I showed all the stains, he had the audacity to pretent he didn't see it all! I would of been ok if he just replaced the peed covers Very nicely I asked for clean sheets . I wanted that nasty cover replaced with a clean one. He said he would just bring more sheets to stack up on top of the dirty one. Well in deed that was all he did, unbelievable! This was at 8 pm and we were all tired to go look for a last minute hotel. We had to be up by 7 am so we stayed. Everything was unsanitary in room 205. Even the white doors had brown hand stains all over and dust collected on top of the frames We have stayed in many hotels before and this is by fast the worst experience.

Nice location & surprisingly great location. Not quite. Loud work & machinery going on outside next door. Thin walls, especially when families are literally yelling at each other. Not the way anyone wants to wake up or go to sleep. Staff were great. The room was typical, clean, and enough for a weekend. I’d try this location one more time.

Room 214 has a loud vibration/humming noise

It was a terrible stay. We could not sleep. A very loud vibration/humming was keeping us up. So loud, that we left early in the morning and didn’t stay, because we were so tired.

Take care of this place

This is my 4th or 5th time staying here because of the affordability and comfort plus the location is great for our needs. Just a note, They are now asking for $100 deposit. It’s unfortunate that some people abuse the privilege of staying in a nice place that’s affordable. Best advice would be to take pictures or video before and after your stay to prove you didn’t thrash the place. The people that run the place are always cheerful and nice. Bed is cozy and linens have always been fresh.

Clean and well worth price

Super clean - nice staff. We had a dog with us so we declined housekeeping for our stay, but they gave use clean towels each morning, which was really all we needed. The entire staff was nice and very accommodating. Close to coffee, breakfast, walking trail and restaurants.

Front desk staff not friendly. Window in bathroom was broken. Called for some towels and at first they said I had to pick them up in the office because there was nobody that could bring them. As I was walking to the office the lady met me halfway and I walked with her to the storage room where she gave me the towels. Calls to the front desk go unanswered so you have to call multiple times. Room was clean though and plenty of parking. Denny’s and IHOP are right next door, plus a shopping center across the street along with a Starbucks.

Stay was perfect, except for people who were handicapped could not park because people who were not handicapped parked in the handicap spaces when people were asked to move they wouldn’t move and when they did move hours later, they would do the same thing Madam manager said she would have them move, but they never would apparently police got involved no Bueno ha Hair left and showered, left in the showers coffee pot had sugar and cream. No coffee had to ask for coffee.

Our salary overall was good. Only issues we really had was there was hair all over the shower from the previous guest. And a guest below us had a dog that barked for several hours and we could hear it in our room.

Decent stay and good location.

This stay was fine. Great to have a second bedroom and location was good. There was enough parking. Disappointed that pool was cloudy and we weren't sure if it was clean. Booked this because of the pool and didn't feel we could use it. Not the cheapest place to stay for what we got but it was ok overall.
