It was a little disappointing. The hotel was down to the absolute bare minimum. No breakfast offered. I had to ask for a coffee maker For my room. Plus, there were ants in my bathroom and in the kitchen area. Hardly any staff. This particular hotel in San Marcos needs some attention In terms of offering more and customer service

It was very clean and modern. Comfy bed, nice shower with plenty of water pressure. Smelled like new and had a recliner and desk and even a kitchenette.

Didn't expect a full size frigerator. I switched hotels 2 times before settling in extended stay i was finally satisfied with our room at check-in. Next time I'll book my full stay at extended stay.

The place was nice and clean. A lot of homelessness around the hotel which was odd because we really didnt see this in the surrounding areas. The hotel staff was hardly at the desk and they never answered the phone. That was the only downside.. that and no coffee.

Newer hotel with a rundown, poorly maintained feel
Very dirty hotel. Floors are obviously not mopped very often if at all. This continues in the rooms where the showers are stained and there are hairs in the shower curtain and towels. The power goes out after 30 minutes of inactivity in the room so if you require any electronics at night like a cpap, good luck trying to get a wink of sleep.

Homeless encampment in front of the door. Garbage in the hallways. Children riding scooters down the hallway. Horrible smell. Noisy air conditioning unit. After check in we decided to just go home.

Terrible customer service! They don't offer continental breakfast or complimentary water. I booked my reservation through Expedia and paid Extended America directly for $199 a night and Extended America charged my card $600 for two nights!! And they refused to honor the Expedia price that I had initially booked/reserved for $199 a night. Horrible customer experience and I won't ever stay at Extended America ever again. I much rather sleep on the street that to stay at Extended America again. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY at Extended America.

There is no one at the front desk ever. Instayed a week and no one came to clean my room. For being a new hotel is this already looks bad. If youre looking fot a clean place this is good enough if your looking for the hotel experience this is not the place.

We booked for 2 nights. We had an emergency the first night at the ER hospital. It was chaos no time yo call the hotel for cancelation. We came the second night, the lady in the conciergexsaid your booking was canceled for no show snd we forgeited the money for 2 nights. We asked eaxpedia to refund the second night. We have a copy of ER papers. Your hotel said its a policy. Yes, you may forgeit tge ist night but shpuld refund us yhe 2nd night. Your hotel is sucks and greedy.expedia to helped us tegin

This place has gone down. There's no one ever availability in the front desk, and the room are getting bad for a new hotel. I stay here for work and i dont feel safe as the people that also rent here are suspicious looking. Over all for a quick night is fine the room are clean but they are low in staff and you dont get daily room service.
