Lidia's Rural House is a rural house / vineyard ideal for relaxing among the vines and enjoying the natural environment. It is a traditional farmhouse with a small vineyard built in different stages of the eighteenth and nineteenth century. Oriented to the four winds, it offers magnificent views of the vineyards and peach trees in the area and the mountains surrounding the house.

Lidia's Rural House is located in the neighborhood of Romaní and in the municipality of Sant Marti Sarroca (Barcelona). The farmhouse had been an old vineyard that later became an art gallery at the same time that exploited its vineyards.

In 2013 the farmhouse was bought by Lidia and Elliott as a tribute to their first daughter India. The vineyard is still preserved and its grapes are exploited by the family and are destined to the production of Cava Duc de Foix of the Covides Association.

A few kilometers walking from the farmhouse is the monumental complex of La Roca, where we can see the Castle of San Martí Sarroca, castle of the tenth century, which together with the church of Santa Maria in San Martí Sarroca, are listed as historic-artistic monuments of national interest and are part of the municipal museum.

The area is characterized by the abundance of local wine and cava producers, who organize visits to their vineyards. But also by producers of wines and cavas known worldwide.

Some of our neighbors include Bodegas Torres and its Mas Rabell Brandy estate, Hacienda Colet, Caves Rovellats, Cavas Berdié, among many others, which in turn are part of the famous Penedés Wine Route, which we will soon join as well.
