This is a beautiful place but the site is not very safe. Any one can have access to the room areas and my coworker had a very scary experience during our trip. While she was getting ready to take a shower and was wrapped in a towel, some one pushed the glass door that faces the patio. It turned out to be that her door was broken and anyone could had access to her room. She screamed and the man ran away. We made a complaint but they didn't investigate nor did anything. They didn't looked surprise with the situation so it looked to us that this was not the first incident like this. Management and is very poor and the service is not good except for a very few workers.

Beautiful hotel but they need to fix multiple items at the location. First day no hot water, it rained and the water entered the room. Floor wet , bed wet with all bed sheets. I had to move to another room. Noisy location next to highway going out of town could sleep.

The property and pool were beautiful and well maintained. The decor of the lobby and dining area were exotic and lovely. The room was clean and spacious. I would return for these elements. The front desk staff was unwelcoming, cold, bordering on rude. The food in the restaurant was mediocre and service was very slow.

I love this place. Is my second time with them. Is my sanctuary when I go to San Miguel. The room is amazing, the pool is nice, food is good and staff is very friendly. The street can get loud but nothing they can really do about it.

This property is close enough to downtown but far enough from all the noise and traffic. It's beautiful inside and very clean, we enjoyed the rooms very much. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer.

We wanted to try to In house restaurant. The food was ok but the wait was absolutely ridiculous. At least 30 minutes to get our drinks, another 30 minutes to take our order and I’m not going to say how long it took until we all got our food. Hotel is nice just avoid the restaurant.
