En las habitaciones se escucha todo lo de las otras habitaciones, no se puede dormir bien porque se escuchan los ronquidos de las otras personas y televisiones prendidas, solicité cambio de habitación y no me la dieron.

El staff no tiene la más mínima actitud de servicio, parece que te están haciendo un favor al atenderte. Al llegar nos dijeron que tenían servicio de shuttle de ida y regreso al centro siendo el último servicio a las 10pm así que el segundo día decidimos no sacar nuestro coche y tomar el servicio, nos tuvieron media hora esperando y cuando íbamos en camino escuché que iban a dejar a otros huéspedes a la central de camiones cosa que nunca nos notificaron cuando preguntamos el horario del siguiente shuttle, perdimos más de 1 hora en llegar al centro y cuando nos bajamos el conductor me dijo que el regreso era por nuestra cuenta (absurdo que te boten en el centro y no te regresen al hotel), hablé al hotel para pedir apoyo y lo único que obtuve fueron sarcasmos, mal trato y una falsa promesa de que enviarían al shuttle por nosotros, estuve 30 min a las 10 pm con mis hijas pequeñas esperando la camioneta que jamás llegó, tuve que agarrar un taxi de la calle y al llegar al hotel la Sra. Carolina sugirió que yo estaba mintiendo porque ella tenía evidencia que SU DRIVER nos estuvo esperando, le mostré mi teléfono con 4 intentos de comunicarme hotel y me dijo que era su palabra contra la mía. En el hotel el servicio es pésimo, estuvimos 4 horas en la alberca y jamás se acercó um mesero a ofrecernos algo. Lastima porque el hotel es muy lindo y al ser parte de la cadena Hilton me imaginaba que se apegaban a estándares propios de la cadena pero desafortunadamente no es así.
