Overall Great!
It was great, close to everything, restaurants, malls, etc. The only thing is they didn’t have room service and the parking lot was too narrow. I recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, but...
A very beautiful hotel, modern with fancy decor. The pool, gorgeous,. However, the service was problematic. 2:30 in the afternoon and my room had not been cleaned! Also, I bought a bottle of water in the lobby for L70 ($3)! Really?? Aside from that inflated price, it took the staff almost 15 minutes to get me my change. The elevators were out of order for most of Sunday, but I guess that had to do with the power outage in the city. Never the less, it's awful to have use the stairs to and from my 6th floor room.

Great place to stay.
Everyone of the staff was great. The restaurant has excellent food and the room was fine. Only complaint is the very loud music played until 1am from Thursday through Saturday in the evenings. It’s from nearby restaurants.
