One bedroom is a furnished with a Queen bed. Besides a newly remodeled bathroom, the livingroom has brand new appliances and new 65 inch TV hard wired to high speed internet.

After confirmed booking a $200 refundable deposit will be requested and will refund after deducting cost of repairs beyond normal wear and tear if any.
