For the hotel room that I paid and didn’t even get breakfast or water. The bed was a bit undone and I felt it was NOT clean. On my a face towel and a bath towel… ashame… Overall for one night, it was so so…I wouldn’t stay there again.

I had submit a complaint with you, Expedia due the hotel management decided to fumigate the premises while our stay and we were basically intoxicated. I'm still waiting for a respomd to our complaint and get a full refund because what we experienced was unacceptable.

En las dos últimas visitas veo un deterioro de las habitaciones, en el último caso el AC de la habitación dañado y ni siquiera estaban claros del tema, se les pide la revisión y al llegar en la noche me comunican que ya está solucionado cuando en realidad el mismo estaba completamente dañado. Finalmente, aunque el desayuno es agradable, para recibirlo es todo un drama.

I arrived at the hotel after my flight around 10:00 p.m. but someone was there ready to check me in without any issues. I stayed one night and to stay was lovely. The showers were good and had nice hot water.

The property is safe and convenient if you need to take care of business at the US Embassy. However, the picture can be deceiving. the property is far from boutique as it lacks sophistication or fashion. The place is a bit run down and lacks basic amenities like a landline phone and a very uncomfortable bed. If you are looking for more than a practical hotel I suggest you look elsewhere.

I’m not happy with my stay because they send us to another Property without a warning ⚠️ very uncomfortable situation because you don’t have another choice; the beds were horrible 😣 and no explanation about anything…. Definitely I’m not coming back to this place 😩☹️
