This upscale single level home is located at The Estates Community. With 4 Bedrooms with 3 full Baths, Family room, living room, Dining room, Gourmet kitchen, Covered Patio and Extended garage.

The home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need for your stay!

The entry features dramatic columns! Three large windows provide views of the golf course and mountains!

The oversized main bedroom suite offers a bay window, looking out to golf course and mountain view. A large flat screen TV with a king size bed to enjoy with comfort! The bathroom suite offers a separate soaking tub and separate shower, large walk-in closet with shelves, double sinks with makeup vanity. The split floor plan home offers privacy with Four Bedrooms and Three full bathrooms. The secondary bedrooms have two queen size beds and one double bed; fully furnished and quality bedding.
The gourmet kitchen has a large island for entertaining with a table to seat up to 6. Upgraded granite countertops, top of the line stainless-steel appliances and a desk area for your computer and office activities. A reverse osmosis system is included for enjoyment of fresh quality drinking water. We provide 12 place settings: every day and China, all type of drinking glasses, small appliances, pots and pans, utensils, and serving dishes.
The family room leads to a large, covered patio.
55-inch HDTV's. Comfy leather reclining sofas and chair with extra-large coffee table which makes it a relaxing place to hang out. Wonderful views from the back yard with an extended patio cover, gas BBQ, and patio furniture for your enjoyment plus a separate area with fire table and Adirondack chairs.

The laundry room has a washer, dryer with cabinets above for storage and additional refrigerator for beverages.

Garage has two spaces available for your vehicles plus extra-long driveway, a service door, garage opener and laundry sink.

Perfect home and location!
Annual trip to AZ from Colorado for Spring training and Spring Break. It was a last minute booking and we were so grateful to find this beautiful property! Spacious, comfortable, lovely furnishings and decor, all the necessities and many amenities! Sits on the edge of Highlands golf course, which we played and loved it! Home away from home, definitely recommend!

We stayed for about a month but wish it would have been longer! Home was very clean, comfy mattresses and nice smooth sheets. We had a few questions about their brand new dishwasher and got answers quickly from Carlotta. Beautiful view that would never get old. Easy walk to the clubhouse which has an amazing, every Friday night BBQ. Everything is quite close and easy to get to. Thank you Becky Camas

Spacious House in a Country Club Neighborhood
The house was very clean when we arrived and the instructions for checking in were clear and easy. Everything was in working order and we had no problems. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house backs up to a golf course and we enjoyed the view from the backyard. The property is extremely convenient to Walgreens and a grocery store as well as a few restaurants. We had a package we expected to be delivered to the doorstep instead be delivered to the mailbox and they drove down just to give us the key to get into the mailbox. They were very easy to work with and if we were to stay in the area, we would definitely look at this property again.

The view!

Spacious, quiet retreat
My husband and I spent a week in this spacious house and loved the relaxing, quiet location. It sits right on the golf course with fantastic views. The house was spotless and Chuck was on top of all communication. Neighbors are all very friendly! We highly recommend you visit the nearby restaurant, San Tan Flat. So fun!

This lovely, spacious home was comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was clean to the highest of standards. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and kitchen had every utensil, serving ware, pots and pans, bakeware, etc. that anyone would need. There was even a well stocked spice rack for those who like to cook! Nothing was missing in this house. Would love to stay here again.
