In this small piece of land there are more than five of the best beaches of Sardinia: Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Cala Suaraccia, Salinedda, Salina Bamba and others.

Villa Salinedda is a villa with a refined style, furnished with light colors with pastel shades that create a perfect match with the intense color of the wood on the ceilings, creating a pleasant home atmosphere. At the entrance there is a welcoming open space consisting of a living area, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, all characterized by a strong brightness thanks to the presence of the sliding glass door. Continuing further, there is an equally bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms with two single beds each and and 2 bathrooms.
The opening of the swimming pool is subjected to weather conditions and season (normally 15 May to 15 October).

Good location poor facility
Nice weather and good view from property. However few improvements are needed for it to be of standards we expect from Vrbo for the price we paid. 1. Linen and towels were old and had holes 2. Deck chair were very uncomfortable for lounging 3. There was no shade or parasols around pool area 4. No AC in one room 5. No fan in veranda

Schönes Haus in toller Lage, aber mit Mängeln in der Ausstattung
Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für 3-4 Personen, mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Für 6 Personen, wie angeboten, würden wir es nicht empfehlen, da dann 2 im Wohnzimmer auf einer Couch schlafen müssten. Terrasse und Pool liegen toll, mit Blick aufs Meer, exakt wie auf dem Bild, und man kann von dort aus wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Leider wurde an der Ausstattung des Hauses gespart, was zum Abzug eines Sterns hier führt. - Plastik-Geschirr macht sich in so einem Haus nicht gut - nur je 6 flache und tiefe Teller machen die vorhandene Spülmaschine überflüssig. - Terassenmöbel sind Fehlanzeige - man muss die unbequemen Stühle vom Küchentisch mit nach draußen nehmen - 2 Liegestühle für den Strand erwiesen sich auf der Terasse als zu unbequem. - am Pool gab es 4 Plastik-Liegen, aber ohne Auflagen. - die Kaffeemaschine entpuppte sich als 2 kleine italienische Espresso-Kocher, die aber nicht offen aufbewahrt wurden und deshalb innen schimmlig aussahen. Wir haben sie deshalb lieber nicht benutzt. - Sonnenschirme fanden wir zwar in der Waschküche, aber keinen dazu passenden Schirmständer auf der Terrasse. Dort wäre ein großer Sonnenschirm sehr angebracht. In Costa Paradiso kann man sehr schöne Spaziergänge mit toller Aussicht auf die Felsen und das Meer machen, und es gibt eine ganze Reihe von Ristorante Pizzeria oder anderen Restaurants, in denen man sehr gut essen kann, wenn auch nicht gerade billig. Zu empfehlen ist das Maya, aber auch Lino's Spaghetteria oder die Enoteca da Franco waren nicht schlecht. Ansonsten muss man schon ein Stück fahren, wenn man in einem Restaurant essen will, z.B. nach Isola Rossa. Aber es gibt auch einen recht gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt für Selbstversorger direkt im Zentrum. Der Strand Li Cossi ist ziemlich klein, der Parkplatz, von dem aus man immer noch 15 Minuten dort hin laufen muss, schnell voll, so dass man lieber gleich an einen anderen Strand fährt, oder einfach am und im Pool bleibt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub an einem tollen Ort! Bei dieser Agentur werden wir gerne wieder buchen!

Alles bestens
War ein wunderschönes Plätzchen. Leider fehlten im Haus ausreichend Geschirr und Küchen Artikel, wie Töpfe und Messer, sogar für 2 Personen. Trotzdem ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer phänomenalen Aussicht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Lontano dal mare a piedi devi avere assolutamente la macchina ..non ci sono molti supermercati a giro a Costa Paradiso ... in casa mancanza di pentole per cucinare poi nel complesso tutto ok ...bel posto costa paradiso
