The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers you this charming 53 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Sanary-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 24 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from April 1 to September 30 (dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions).
- A 23 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture for sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Sanary-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking space.

- The stairs to the first floor are a little steep.
