Overall pretty good considering the price you pay. Shower great and a comfortable room for the money. Though doors to the rooms don't shut easily meaning they need a slam, which when people are coming and going every hour slamming your doors you wake up 5 or 6 times in the night. Can also hear your neighbours TV, conversations and singing in the shower due to thin walls. Would be a great property with easy to close doors and some sound insulation between rooms.

Very dated property
Desperately in need of a makeover
Really great place to stay, quiet location yet just a 10 min stroll to the beach. Clean, comfortable and really good value. There’s a restaurant on site but we didn’t use it so I can’t comment about that. I’ve stayed before in a twin room with a friend and was with my husband this time. Will definitely stay again. I even messed up my dates and they switched me to the date I wanted, so am really pleased with the service.

Budget hotel and the location is close to beach
The check-in at reception was easy. The way to the room in 3rd floor room was tiring with the luggages. We had to take 2 old elevators which is very small and old which had internal internal doors. Inside the room, found few insects near the windows as they wr kept open. The bed was comfy and the hot water didn't have any issues.
The breakfast was ok. A coffee machine in the breakfast area would have made a lot of difference. Conclusion: Of course it's a budget hotel and ok for short stay if you have no other better choices.
Reasonably priced. Room clean, recently fitted shower good, bed comfortable. Room decor tired and marked. Decor and furnishings in hotel overall rather tired. Upkeep of gardens/grounds needs improvement and sadly rather unkempt.
The hotel is unique, wonderful building and grounds, dog very friendly

First time staying at the Broadwalk park hotel. Safe to say absolutely disappointing. The hotel is out of date clearly does not have a team or team because the grounds need serious attention. There must’ve been a leak in our bathroom as part of the ceiling came down and was just put back up with Polyfilla by the looks of it was a lot of it and very poorly. If you want a cheap place to stay, then this is for you, but if you want more there somewhere else. Good thing that my wife enjoyed the breakfast. The staff in the morning were very polite and helpful. There was dirty bags of laundry and clean bags of laundry all over the hotel.

It was a last minute booking. Did the job. Not as impressive as it appeared eg, sink cracked and held together with tape. It was also quite noisy and room very hot.
The room was dirty , bathroom was dirty and in need of repair. Very dated decor, carpet was in need of a clean and there was a thick layer of dust on the curtains.
Reception was supposed to be manned 24 hours , but we were on Island for Scooter rally and ended up locked out on return from an event and after knocking and getting no response had to make a phone call and eventually a member of staff who came out in his boxer shorts , let us in.
I requested a plaster for a cut on my hand and member of staff on reception didn't know where to find one and didn't know where the first aid kit was kept. He complained that he wasn't supposed to be working that day.
We were very disappointed and it definitely wasn't worth the £370 we paid for two nights excluding breakfast.
The hotel is extremely tired and in desperate need of redecorating.
Room was dirty. Dead flys on the window ledge, cobbweb in the corners and rubbish under the bed from the previous guests.
Checked in just after 3pm and when I asked about the restaurant at 4pm i was told i was too late to book.
Staff were friendly enough but that didn't compensate for the lack of cleanliness.
