The property is very clean and tidy. This was a family vacation and we had a dog with us as well. I loved that there were 3 beds, one being a king, plus being pet friendly. I loved how clean it was and that the floors weren't carpeted, in case of a dog accident (there weren't any, but it gave me piece of mind). I didn't hear the neighbors at all, so I'm assuming it is insulated well also. The train was annoying, but not their fault. I liked the access to the nice lobby, for the bathroom, when one of the 5 of us already took the bathroom. I did find it odd that even though we booked the room for 6 people, in case my dad joined us for a couple days, they only gave us 5 towels. But I emailed them for a towel refresh of 6 towels and they quickly got them to us. My biggest issue was how minimalistic the place was. There's no dressers anywhere in the room, not even a side table with drawers or anything. We packed 5 people into 3 suitcases and had no way of separating their clothes easily, and had to live out of those suitcases for 5 days. There was no couch in the room, just 2 chairs, so I feel there was plenty of places that a dresser could have gone. The bathroom is tiny with nowhere to place personal items, so all shower supplies had to go on the floor of the shower. There is a tiny shelf that holds 2 bottles that they provided though. The bathroom door was very tough to open and close and there were ants in the door frame of bathroom, but we sprayed dawn spray and killed them.
