Beds are comfortable, clean sheets. However, the shower looked like it had a big spot of mold. Also, the breakfast is awful. I’ve had better at way cheaper hotels.

We were kinda disappointed with our stay at the hotel. Our room wasn’t terrible but it just seemed a little grimey. The AC filters were completely full and caked full of dust that put out a bad smell. We got on the elevator and noticed a strong smell of mold or mildew. And when we got to our floor where our room was there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana. Like somebody was up there smoking and we could also smell it in our room. It made the night kind of unpleasant. The only thing we enjoyed was the staff. They were really nice and friendly

The hotel, itself, was fine. However, the bed in my room was atrocious. I find it hard to believe that Best Western would actually sell a room for even one night with a bed like this. It was visibly sunken in the middle and just completely worn out. I slept horribly, and now have an achy back. I travel a decent amount through the year, and typically stay at Best Western when convenient. This is clearly not up to your brand standards.
