Pool was heated, the hotel accomodates pets. Quick and easy access to main attractions of the area. Building could use a facelift but it was a quiet, enjoyable stay

It was ok… we got a room with a jacuzzi tub and the whole room just smelled mildewy and it wasn’t super cleanly looking. It also looked as if the room above us had a leak that went into our ceiling. We ended up not using the tub because the whole hotel looked older. It needs an upgrade badly. The pool area looked like it was straight out of the 70s. It was ok for a night wouldn’t exactly want to stay there again.

The property is showing its age. But it is clean. Nice pool, hot tub and locker room/shower. It is very convenient to Milan, which is a quaint little town and homey restaurants. And just off of hwy 250. Great price as well.

First the negative: The place is very outdated, 2 of the beds had huge dips in the center of the mattresses that were very visible and the linen were all visibly stained just from walking into the room you could see the stains on the white covers. The good: The attendant at the service desk was very understanding and accomodating. He was nice and even brought us extra towels and washcloths! The room was very very big and didn’t make us feel cramped up or that we were walking all over each other (there were 3 adults with 5 children). A great hightlight was the bathroom had 2 showers with double sinks so which made showering and brushing our teeth a breeze! If you're looking for a quick stay without high expectations this would be a cool place to layover until morning to hop back on the road!

Cleaning needs addressed
Shower had pubes on floor and shampoo holder. Obviously shower nor floors were cleaned prior to check in. THANKFULLY the bedding was changed but cleaning needs to be addressed. Check in staff was friendly.

Not bad but...
Staff was friendly but unprofessional wearing pajamas and sweats and looking unkept, eating snacks and having personal visitors at the front desk at check-in.There was a mildew smell in our room and down the hallway. We were a late check-in and left early the next morning, so not enough to deter us from staying. The overall hotel was not bad, just a few things to improve.

The staffs are rude especially one slim lanky white blonde hair girl. Seems they dont know what they doing or just been lazy. I checked in and it is not cleaned at all. The whole experience was aweful and rediculous.
