Pointe Santo de Sanibel E6 is a newly updated ground floor direct beach front vacation rental condominium. The best aspect is how close to the sand the unit is as well as unit E6 being truly on the ground level. You can walk right out from the private screened lanai to the sand. It doesn't get much better than that. Our condo is very spacious with two bedrooms plus den and two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living area and comfortable sleeping for up to six guests. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom including walk in shower and sliders leading to the screened lanai. The guest bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed, a full bathroom near the bedroom and accessible to the living area as well. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the brand new private den for additional guests. Sliding doors can be left open or closed for privacy. Pointe Santo de Sanibel is one of the most popular complexes on Sanibel Island with community amenities including a heated pool, tennis court, bbq grills, high speed wireless internet and more. Book your stay today for a week or longer at Pointe Santo de Sanibel E6 ... we look forward to welcoming you! The clubhouse is located above the lagoon and adjacent to the swimming pool. It is open daily 9:00am-10:00pm. You can pick up the current week's schedule of activities for the Kids Program here. While you are in the clubhouse you can print your boarding pass, check your email, check out some board games or books, look into our glass floor (which you can walk on), and catch a glimpse of the turtles and fish. You can also just take a break from the sun and relax. Behind the clubhouse there are restrooms and a vending machine. Please pop in and say hello. Great location & condo
We’ve stayed at Pointe Santo several times and this was by far the most updated & spacious we’ve stayed in, it was roomy enough for our family of 5 to have plenty of space and make a home for the week. And it is one of the best locations on property being ground floor, directly to the beach. This is our first time staying in Sanibel during the height of spring break so my only suggestion is to avoid those peak times as it was very crowded. It was still lovely but we find it much more enjoyable in early March or late April to avoid the crowds.

Although this property info stated a recent regurbbishing, it still needs more. The two chairs in living area need reupholstered or replaced as well as area rig. I used sheets over the furniture to sit on. Aircobditioner was very loud. When I called management, the lady was short on phone. I never received an email back from person I booked through. Feel it needs a good scrubbing and new pillows for beds. They were very limp. I love Pointe Santo and the location of E6. It could be a jewel but is not.

E6 was great! The property was beautiful and the condo was fantastic. The condo had beach chairs, skim board, and rafts available. Inside, we used both sofa beds for my teens that were inflatable and super comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and although we ate out mostly it had everything! There was a keurig and coffee pot and even a crock pot! My only negative was that the king bed in the master wasn’t very comfortable.—a new mattress would make our stay perfect! We would definitely rent from E6 again!

Our family absolutely enjoyed this property. Best location on the beach! The amenities were great too. inflatable mattresses on the pull outs were a great idea as was the den with the desk. The shelling was unbelievable!! Thank you and we will be back.
