Shorewood 3B Beachfront Penthouse Sanibel Island condo

Shorewood 3B is a beautiful three bedroom penthouse vacation rental condominium located in world renowned Sanibel Island. Our top floor private vacation rental condo features nearly 2500 sq ft of living space with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, an expansive private screened lanai, roof top sun deck and private poolside cabana room with ping pong and tons of beach equipment. As soon as you walk in, you'll know why you booked Shorewood 3B with the newly updated kitchen, flooring and much more. Our vacation home offers plenty of space for up to six guests with a very comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom suite, queen sized bed in the first guest bedroom suite and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. The master bedroom and queen guest bedroom each have en-suite bathrooms with another full hall bathroom easily accessible to guests. Unit has been updated to add a new dining set, all new mattresses and furniture pieces! 
 You will also have access to a private ground level cabana near the pool equipped with tons of beach equipment, seating and a ping pong table. On-site amenities at Shorewood include a very nice heated pool and tennis court. With the central location, it is very easy to walk or bike to a nearby restaurant or more shops and restaurants along Periwinkle Way.

Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. Hidden Gem on Sanibel Island

We've been vacationing on Sanibel for over 15 years - owned a timeshare, rented on both Sanibel and Captiva. 3B Shorewood is a hidden gem located on Middle Gulf Dr (literally accessible to everything) the causeway, lighthouse, restaurants, and road to Captiva, etc. The property has a fantastic location- birds eye view (180 degrees plus) of the ocean from it's "penthouse" screened porch and roof deck. The property management company Dream Vacations were wonderful - very customer focused - every question, call answered promptly. The interior of the condo is updated, spotless and literally every amenity has been thought of for a very comfortable stay for 2 adults or a family of 6 with 3 beds, 3 baths. We'll definitely rent through Dream Vacations/Vrbo again and plan to return to 3B Shorewood very very soon!! Thanks again for another magical stay on Sanibel Island!

Great Stay

The condo is spacious, well equipped, with a fabulous view and easy access to the beach. The relatively few units on the property added to the relaxed atmosphere. We were thrilled to discover pickleball lines on the tennis court! And hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend shorewood 3B!

Beautiful views, spacious unit, nice location.

The three bedrooms and bathrooms layout was perfect for our family. The views are beautiful, the pool convenient and the beach wide with fine sand. There were a couple of times we needed to contact the rental agent and they were very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with.

We enjoyed our stay in Florida in your condo for our Christmas vacation. A few suggestions—please replace the broken dishwasher and fix the windows that leak in the family room. The two chairs under the windows have an odor from the water that leaks from above.

We stayed at this property Oct 26-Nov 2, 2019. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures indicate. The unit was well furnished, without the decay often found in ocean-front units. We had a few conversations with the rental managers, and our questions were answered promptly. We'd gladly stay here again!

Seashells and Sand Dollars Galore

We had the best family vacation here at Shorewood 3B. The beach and ocean were wonderful. We snorkeled and found so many sand dollars and seashells. We loved the place. Perfect 3 bedroom and 3 bath. Great decor, nice updated kitchen, loved having a washer and dryer, lanai was used so often, and the view was gorgeous from the rooftop. Having the storage area off the pool with beach stuff was icing on the cake. It made our stay bc we were constantly heading out to the beach or back to the pool with 3 little kids. The pool temp was great and kept very clean. Ryan was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting to vacation in Sanibel/Captiva Islands.

Beautiful location, excellent condo, great rental experience

We stayed on Sanibel Island at the end of July - first of August, and loved the accommodations at this Shorewood condo. The view of the beach is wonderful from both the expansive screened porch and the rooftop deck (where you can see for miles in all directions). The furnishings are nice, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is very well-equipped, the pool is well-maintained, and the air conditioning is great. All of the needs of our 6 adults were met in every way. Our dealings with Ryan and the owner were wonderful, even when our trip was interrupted mid-week. We would definitely recommend booking this condo. It is excellent!
