Got there late and was parked on a couch for more than 30 min without getting a room. After asking a few times for it was told that I had to pay even though I already did online. The dude wouldn't even let me check my balance to see if I had my money back and kept pushing that I had to pay. He then showed me a page in Turkish, which I don't understand that was supposed to tell me their balance was 0 so they should have given back the money. In the meanwhile he had a horrible voice from the translator of his phone telling me I had to pay. The breakfast was included in the price, but in the morning they wanted more money to give me some. The dude then made me a "special offer" to go and see an archaeological site with him which turned out to be more expensive even than a normal taxi. O wouldn't recommend the place.

We had amazing stay, so far the best place we have stayed in Turkey for 2 months of traveling. Outstanding hospitality, the most beautiful inner yard. Cant wait to come back 🙏🌞

Çalışanlar çok iyi kalpli, yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü, bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Odamız temizdi aynı zamanda kahvaltı da yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Yer çok merkeziydi, her yere yürüyerek gittik o yönden çok iyiydi. Fiyat performans olarak gerçekten çok başarılı bir oteldi, çalışanlara çok teşekkür ediyoruz,çok memnun ayrıldık.

Rezervasyonda seçtiğimiz odadan farklı bir oda verildi. Kapılar doğru düzgün kapanmıyor ve hiç bir açılan camı yoktu, hava çok basıktı. Tuvaleti inanılmaz küçük, duş alırken tuvalet, lavabo her yer ıslanıyor. Tüm gece pike olmadığı için üşüdük. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum!

Otelin kahvaltısı güzeldi. Odalar da çeşit çeşit. Bize çok iyi olmayan bir oda geldi. Ama şehri gezmek istiyorsanız ve bir iki gece kalacaksaniz fiyat performans olarak tercih edilebilir bir otel. Temizlik olarak vasattı.

Gece odaya giriş yapmak, sabah erkenden çıkmak koşuluyla konakladığım odada hijyen kötü, sifon çalışmıyor(söylememe rağmen ilgilenilmedi), klima çalışmıyor ayrıca buzdolabını çalıştıracak olursanız sesinden uyutmuyor. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Konak otel çok güzeldi, karşılamadan ilgiye ve istekleri yerine getirmeye kadar her şey çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı bol çeşitli, lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Muhammed beye ve personele çok teşekkür ederiz, güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve nezaketli idiler. Bir sonraki ziyaretimizde yine tercih ederiz.
