a Notre arrivé il nous a été annoncé un surclassement avec accès au SPA ! très surpris car nous avions payé un surclassent vue mer la chambre proposée était au -1 avec vue parking devant notre refus l'accueil nous a repris les accès au SPA et a montré son agacement ! la chambre donnée avait une vue mer latérale et un mobilier abimé indigne d'un 4 * premier et dernier séjour dans cet établissement

Die Unterkunft hat den gewissen Charme. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grosszügig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist äusserst klein.

Freundlicher Service. Leider war die Parksituation sehr unangenehm. Am Abend wurde zugeparkt und man konnte das Auto kaum weg bewegen. Wenden ist oben fast unmöglich. Mit einem Kinderwagen sehr mühsam und nicht durchfahrbar. Türe lässt sich nicht öffnen. Mit Kleinkinder würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Minibar funktioniert nur wenn Hotelkarte eingesteckt. Ansonsten in Ordnung. Frühstück war gross und hatte von allem etwas dabei.

Besser als erwartet... Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben von Februar bis März 2018 in Sanremo Ferien gemacht. Und wir hatten stets dieses Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr alt, jedoch wurden die meisten Zimmer wie auch unser Zimmer renoviert. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit und ausserdem sind die Parkplätze Videoüberwacht und kostenlos! Wirklich sensationell. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Wände etwas ringhörig sind. (das ist halt die alte Bauweise.) Sonst war wirklich alles super! Was haben wir gemacht: Essen aufs Zimmer bestellt - hat super geklappt Essen war sehr lecker. Parkplätze waren super! Rezeption war stets freundlich und ist 24x7 da. gerne wieder
