Reservé dos habitaciones, una de el las la pedí con una cama grande, ni caso. Pedí que las dos habitaciones estuvieran separadas. No estaban separadas sinó que teníem una puerta interior que las comunicaba!!!

Super outdated hotel, rooms with unpleasant smells (we were stunned by poor cleaning), bathrooms with mold / mildew. meager and lousy buffet. the hotel currently should not have even 3 stars.

Good for passing through/ longer stay for walking
Nice location backing onto river. Private secure parking available at 10 euro. Pleasant efficient reception, well kept hotel, and good sized rooms. Shower heads cannot be raised very high due to nature of pipe, but that is a small issue with everything working well, comfortable and good value for money. Italian restaurant within same building provides great food and an enclosed terrace above river. Included breakfast buffet was to good standard.

Great value for money.
We received a warm welcome on check in and equally friendly service throughout. There is secure parking nearby. Although the hotel is dated, the rooms were clean. A very nice feature, at least for us, was the constant noise of the river flowing behind the hotel. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable and restful night.

Blast from the past!
The concierge at the hotel was very friendly when we checked in. He gave us all the information we needed and directed us to our room. The hotel has rooms overlooking either the road or the river. We were in one overlooking the road. We were only staying for one night in order to visit a particular restaurant, so weren't that interested in the view. The room itself was very large. The door opened onto an entrance hall, from which you could enter the bathroom or the bedroom. There was plenty of cupboard storage space for people staying several nights. The decor was straight from the 1970s; mahogany veneer units, bronzed mirrors, toffee-coloured toilet, bath and sinks. The hairdryer was one of those old plastic box models where you pull the hose away from the wall-mounted box. That being said, it was very clean and we were amused by the decor rather than put off by it. The bed was very comfortable, although we found the road rather noisy at night. The electric shutters took the edge off, but we had to crack the window because the room was a little stuffy. The hotel is located a short walk from the town centre, where there was a medieval market on over the weekend. There are a few small bars and restaurants in the town. All in all, we found the hotel very good value for money and would stay there again if we needed somewhere to stay in St Julia overnight.

Hotel Husa - Very Friendly and Good value
We stayed in the hotel as a last-minute change to our plans and were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel given the price we had paid. Excellent breakfast, really spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed our few days there - highly recommended.
