Sa Maniga is a former hotel that was converted into apartments about 4 years ago. This great holiday home is located on the 5th floor and has a great, stunning sea view. The apartment has two very nice bedrooms with double bed and a brightly tiled shower room with floor-deep tub. the air conditioning cold / warm will be charged separately. The departure takes place until 10 o'clock / arrival from 15 o'clock.
This great apartment is modern and high quality equipped. You will feel good. Beach towels included.
Final cleaning in cash on arrival 100 Euro plus and is not incl.

Sauberes Apartment in hervorragender Lage
Das Apartment war sehr sauber ,aber auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das ist ja auch verständlich bei ständiger Nutzung, was allerdings gar nicht ging,war der Schimmel im Badezimmer, da sollte man echt ein Auge dafür haben. Leider waren ein paar Kleinigkeiten die fehlten ,wie z.b Geschirrtücher und ein funktionierender Geschirrspüler.Ansonsten war die Kommunikation zwischen Thomas sehr gut und wir hatten auch die Gelegenheit gehabt am Anreisetag schon früher in das Apartment zu dürfen.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage
Die Wohnung, die Lage, der Ausblick waren fantastisch. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise klappte hervorragend und unkompliziert. Thomas war auch immer erreichbar. Schade war, dass man uns nicht mitgeteilt hat, dass der Geschirrspüler kaputt war. Die zugesagten Geschirrhandtücher zum Abtrocknen haben wir leider nicht bekommen. Ansonsten waren es tolle Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung. Alles war vorhanden und überwiegend in gutem Zustand.

Wir würden immer wieder buchen
Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Es war alles vorhanden was man für die Tage gebraucht hat. Die Wohnung fanden wir außerdem sehr sauber. Für einen Strandausflug waren Matten und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Die An und Abreise war einfach und unkompliziert. Man konnte ruhig und ohne Lärm schlafen. Für den nächsten Urlaub werden wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht
Uns hat die Wohnung gut gefallen. Sie ist modern eingerichtet, man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick und man hat alles was man braucht (sogar eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen usw.). Die Lage ist praktisch und direkt am Meer, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in direkter Nähe. Thomas der Vermieter war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und pünktlich. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten erneuert werden. Das Bad war im April leider etwas kalt und konnte nicht separat beheizt werden, aber insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, vielen Dank 😊

Vue magnifique, appartement nickel et moderne
L'appartement est vraiment nickel et super moderne (pourtant la copro ne paye pas de mine depuis l'extérieur). Mobilier récent, bonne literie, tout semble comme neuf, équipement complet (à part le nombre de couverts : 3 petites cuillères, en tout ! pour un appart de 4 personnes). La vue est vraiment splendide sur la plage qui est à 2 pas, même si on est juste en dehors de la limite de la zone baignable. Le balcon est grand et permet de manger dehors avec cette belle vue. L'appartement est situé tout au bout de la baie. En cette période hors saison d'octobre, peu de restaurants étaient ouverts dans le coin et le centre ville est quand même à 1-1.5 km de marche (agréable le long de la plage). Probablement en été, cela doit être différent est c'est peut-être au contraire bien d'être loin de la foule. On a eu un silence intégral durant la nuit. Mais il faut dire que le bâtiment était presque vide durant ces vacances de fin octobre. Le seul vrai désagrément est de découvrir qu'il faut payer obligatoirement 85€ à l'arrivée pour le nettoyage final, ce qui n'était pas prévu. Après vérification, cela était écrit dans l'annonce mais...surprise surprise, c'était la seule partie de l'annonce non traduite et c'était écrit en allemand. Il faut payer uniquement en cash et sans reçu ni facture. hmmm.... On n'est rester que 4 nuits et 85€ pour le ménage d'un appartement qui était encore tout propre est vraiment démesurément exagéré (il y avait maximum 2 heures de travail). Sinon le contact avec la personne de l'agence immobilière sur place est agréable, en anglais. Par contre la communication AVANT la location est chaotique : AUCUNE réponse aux questions posées en français, en espagnol, puis en anglais (3 langues que je parle). J'ai tenté en allemand en utilisant GoogleTranslate pour enfin avoir une réponse, mais uniquement en allemand que je ne comprends pas sans Google. Pas très orienté client. Pourtant la personne de l'agence immobilière sur place parlait correctement anglais.

Super Erfahrung!
Bereits zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts hat Thomas uns als Gastgeber voll und ganz überzeugt: Er war trotz unserer Flugverspätung sehr flexibel mit der Check-In Zeit und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Leider konnten wir das ursprüngliche Apartment aufgrund eines Wasserschadens nicht beziehen, haben jedoch von Thomas direkt eine Alternativlösung im selben Haus erhalten. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon ist wirklich super und der Strand ist in wenigen Sekunden erreicht! Wir hatten alles in allem eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden dieses Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Dieser Ausblick! ...wow... auch, wenn einiges schon etwas in die Jahre kam
Zuerst: Der Ausblick ist 10 Sterne wert, basta. Nördlich ausgerichtet bei jeder Tageszeit sehr gut nutzbarer Balkon. Der Ortsteil des voll auf Tourismus ausgelegten Cala Millor besteht aus dem Hotelsektor, nicht dem ursprünglichen Ortsteil. (lange Strandpromenade, ideal für Inliner und Jogger übrigens). Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, separates Gefrierfach), und der gut arbeitende Kühlschrank bot zum Willkommen sogar ein paar Dosen Bier auf. Im Detail gab's ein paar Dinge: Am mit Roststellen gespickten auffaltbaren Wäscheständer waren 2 Streben schon abgerissen (Austausch war angekündigt worden...hm), 2 Kopfkissen landeten wg Schweißgeruch sofort in der Waschmaschine, eine Türklinke zum Waschmaschineneck fiel immer runter, wenn man die Tür nach innen zuzog, kleine Roststelle am Badezimmerspiegel, und daß so ein Duschabfluss mal verstopfen kann und 1/3 des Badezimmers flutet, kommt vor, dann schafft man eben Abhilfe. Dafür sind's von der Haustür (flankiert von einem aufgegebenen Restaurant und einem aufgegebenem Supermarkt) tatsächlich nur 150 Schritte bis ins Meer! In Summe eine klare Empfehlung! Dieser Ausblick...

Posizione strategica rispetto alle più belle spiagge dell'isola perché si possono facilmente raggiungere sia quelle di nord-est sia quelle sud-ovest. Rilassante appartamento fronte mare, ben arredato, dotato di elettrodomestici (forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e lavatrice) e accessori (ci sono anche ombrelloni, seggiolini auto bimbi, racchette spiaggia, palloni, secchiello, sdraio, ecc...). Metratura e spazi adeguati per famiglia da 4 persone. Si trova sempre parcheggio libero davanti all'edificio e a meno di 1 km si trovano 2 supermercati superforniti di tutto (oltre al mini supermercati sottocasa). Unica pecca dell'appartamento la mancanza di una finestra o di un'aspirazione nel bagno e per gli italiani la mancanza di una moka per il caffè ;-). Migliorabile la pulizia iniziale. La vista sul mare e sulla baia alla mattina e soprattutto nel primo pomeriggio è veramente rilassante ed unica. Valutazione complessiva ottima e sicuramente consigliabile.
