The apartment of 50m2 is in the Sot del Morer urbanization of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach, 10min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is located on the third floor with sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach. The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people. There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Appartement agréable et bien équipé. Excellente literie (king size) Petit bémol pour l'isolation phonique du fait de l'âge du bâtiment (et de la toute relative discrétion des voisins) Tout peut se faire à pied (San Pol à 10' et Calella à 30') Séjour agréable et mention spéciale à Ana.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe
Helle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und geräumige Wohnung in oberster Etage. Gute Matratze, gute Kopfkissen. Großer Balkon, Meerblick. Direkter kurzer Weg zum (Textil-)Strand; FKK-Strände an den beiden Ortsenden. Gesamter Ort zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Betreuung durch App.-Manager Anna vor Ort (auch deutschsprachig). Nachteil: der Lärm der Hauptverkehrsstraße. Umliegende Hügel wirken wie ein Schalltrichter. Wohnungen in tieferen Etagen sind durch niedrigere vorgelagerte Bebauung akustisch besser geschützt, haben aber dann keinen Meerblick; das muss man für sich abwägen.
