The villa, with over 700 meters of outdoor garden, is completely surrounded at 360° by a hedge, making it entirely independent. It is located 150 meters on foot from the tourist harbor and 200 meters from the main beaches. A 5-minute walk away on the other side are the beaches of Porto Pineddu, Spiaggia dei Francesi, and many other small coves along the coastline.

I am a sociable and helpful person. My interests and passions include architecture, music, sports, good food, and above all, travel. I am very attentive to detail and order. I strive to make guests feel comfortable and provide them with the best information regarding major points of interest, main attractions, and recommendations on where to try the best traditional dishes.

The area, besides being extremely quiet, allows easy access by car or on foot to all the most important points of interest, such as markets, bars, restaurants, and beach resorts. Highly recommended area for relaxation enthusiasts as well as for kite surfing and fishing enthusiasts. Moreover, various activities and excursions can be organized, such as jogging, trekking, boat rentals, and fishing tourism.
