I stayed at the Suite and ofcourse the view is excellent. I can only say that the room needs maintenance. I think the blind curtains need to be changed. Some of them have holes, others ripped. Bathroom closets have mold. There is allways a weird smell. For the price it should atleast include a breakfast. The pool is ok, it's private so it was good. Over all I think they should consider changing some things in the room, like I said the view is amazing

We loved our short 2 night stay this August just past their holiday week. It was quiet around the property and clean. The staff are gracious and try to help in anything needed. The parking is a bit tight and we had a large pickup truck so it was hard for my husband to manage in but overall fine for most cars. We loved the food at the hotel and at the Pampa which is so convenient to get to in their provided golf transportation. Our view of the lake was amazing from our room on the “Lakefront” property which sits by the lake and has direct access to it. We ventured the “Lakeview” side and that seemed more fun if you have kids as they have mini golf and a playground. I would definitely return.

Pros: absolutely beautiful view, and rooms are lovely. The bar next to the lake is great, as well as the property and amenities. Staff and security are very friendly and attentive to their guests. The location and view of the lake can’t be beat 😍 Also, best ceviche ever ! Cons: parking can be tight but luckily most people don’t drive their own vehicles. The rooms could use more lighting fixtures (for vanity mirror) and electric outlets.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The first time we stayed at the top area of the property. The Lakefront (lower property area) the rooms are more modern. You walk to the pool and the lake is right there too. The top properties some rooms have an outdoor pool that connects to the back of your room, but you have to drive to the lake . I personally like the pool next to my room, especially on a hot day. The hotel staff are great . My only suggestion is to check the weather. Make sure there isn’t a strong rain storm coming, if so than there is no much you can do around there. I’d still come back to this hotel. Its beautiful staff are great , food is great, and views are great!

The Room was really small and noisy. Transportation between Lakefront and Lakeview too complicated. No fridge in the Room. No towel for pool around pool, had to go back ton réception to get some. Wifi was bad, barely working in the room. Pools are nice but very shallow. Staff is friendly though.
