The stafff was great but no hoy water , water went on and off where at some point there was no water to shower in the room or sink. Blankets and shower were not clean . The driving to get to the property is very inconvenient needs renovation like 22 min away from the diners at lake Coatepeque. Had to look for another hotel after day 2. Other than that the staff was great helpful. Other thing is you have to be there by 9 or you won’t be able to get in per what security guard mentioned .

This is a great property to stay at if you are looking for a small and quaint place to relax! The hotel only has a very limited amount of rooms available, which makes it a more personal experience. The food and service were excellent! The only ‘drawback’ was the lack of lighting in our room but the sunlight made up for that once you opened the curtains. It definitely is worth mentioning that if you have never visited El Salvador to be aware of the time it takes to travel there from the airport is a bit long and if you are renting a car, your best bet is an SUV or a truck.

The main street to get to the location is terrible huge pot holes all over the place making it difficult to commute there. Wish they can allow food after they close their kitchen at 8pm. Other than that it was a peaceful and pleasant stay.

They need to install a support for older people when they enter to the pool because you can’t hold to nothing when you getting in , the rooms need something to put your luggage and need couple chairs inside the rooms

this place is a great resort with views for days. staff is more than welcoming in their daily operations and are there to serve. the road way in is definitely a dirt road down the side of the surrounding mountains but our driver was great and got us in and out several times with no issue. very secure on site. i would surely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area

We loved this hotel. The view from our room was amazing. They served breakfast lunch and dinner on their main floor but just about 20 minutes drive there are many restaurants you can visit. The staff at this hotel was very pleasant and kept everything very clean. We woke up early one morning and jumped in the lake, a beautiful experience. We would definitely come back and hopefully for longer.

Beautiful lake location and well constructed concept with easy access to lake activities. However, it is a little far from the main road, so an AWD vehicle is recommended specially in rainy season.
