Disrespectful
The front desk need to understand the importance of not disrespecting their paying customers. Nellsie telling my girlfriend that shes happy she picked up her meds last week is not an appropriate thing to tell anyone. My girlfriend was not here last week and thats a very distasteful and disrespectful "joke".

I saw half inch roach few times in 4 nights stay . No fridge . Dark and dirty shower curtain . Corridor carpet smells like pee . For few dollars more you can have much better stay .
