We arrived around 9:30, but the front desk staff had already left at 9. They had provided instructions to enter the property, and told us the room would be unlocked with keys inside. However, the room was locked, and there were no keys in sight. The so-called “emergency contact,” Alexandra, was no help. She had us search the property for the keys, only to tell us later that she couldn’t do anything further and suggested we find another place to stay. We had no choice but to look for last-minute accommodations. If you’re looking for frustration, incompetent staff, and zero accountability, this is the perfect spot!
P.S. They did refund the amount—and that, apparently, was the pinnacle of their hospitality.
