This unit is a duplex and shares a wall with another vacation rental. This unit is located in the front part of the house and the backyard is partially shared. The other unit shares the fenced portion.

Good-ish location; property needs work
This is an old family home and has not been renovated in quite a long time. It was fine for the trip I took with some pals to ride bikes in Santa Barbara, but it it was a family trip or romantic one, this home would not be a very good choice. It's a bit rough and things are not very clean. Not the worst possible, but far from the best.
