Recently remodeled to perfection, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is tucked away in a quiet yet accessible neighborhood. Lucinda Lookout boasts new appliances, a fireplace, beautiful views, plenty of natural light, and more! Once you open the bright front door, you are met with a stunning open floor plan, ideal for enjoying company and relaxation.

The kitchen in Lucinda Lookout is outfitted for the family chef. It features a double-wide fridge, plenty of storage, and a spacious island with integrated stovetop and ventilation. While you cook, keep your vino at the ideal temperature before serving in the wine fridge! Enjoy a casual meal while seated at the island or gather with family and friends around the dining table that comfortably seats 6. After a nice meal, cozy up on the comfortable sofa in front of the gas fireplace in the adjacent living room and enjoy a good book or TV show.

When it is time to turn in for the night, you'll sleep well in the comfortable beds and luxe linens. The primary bedroom features an Eastern King sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, complete with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and small desk, ideal for those working or learning remotely. The third bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and desk, as well as a reading chair to relax in. There is also a bathroom off of the hallway featuring a tub/ shower combo. There is the added benefit of black-out blinds on the north facing bedrooms.

Incredible house!
I stayed in this house for a month with my wife during COVID. Some of the things I especially loved: - great natural light - fabulous, well-stocked kitchen including extensive glass Tupperware collection and every implement you might need for cooking - terrace has stunning views - close to a ton of supermarkets - close to downtown SB - easy driveway access + street parking - short drive to tons of great hikes + great roadbiking out the front door - management was very responsive and helpful
