I really enjoyed my overnight stay at Town & Country Inn last week. I would like to see more Inns and motels accept pets. Shawn and his staff were great. Shawn went out of his way to accommodate us. I had driven from NM to CA just to rescue my two young dogs and I know they were skittish and barked with different sounds. So the only thing I would do to improve everyone's stay there would be to soundproof the doorways. If I am going to Santa Barbara I will be back. It’s a great rate and location. Thanks again for such an awesome visit.

The property is old and dated. Although it looks as though there has been some remodel. The t.v. didn't work, and there was no way to contact anyone, other than leaving my room and walking next door to the office. There was no hit water, or even water for a morning shower. I waited for at least 10 minutes, and finally was able to get luke warm water. The pillows must have been stuffed with cotton. They were well used and limpy. The bed squeaked every time you moved. Not worth staying here at all, not for any amount.
