Perfect for Weekend Getaway
This was the perfect weekend stay to explore Santa Barbara. It's the perfect size for 2 and had easy parking (the dream!). Overall, the hosts made check-in so easy, we had a small issue in the bathroom when we got there and within minutes, the owner came by, checked it out, and offered us a quick solution. The room was clean, had the necessary amenities and was so cute. Great to walk to State St. for dinner or a few minutes from the beach. We'll be going back!

Perfect SB getaway
This was a great time away in Santa Barbara. The studio was in the best location to walk everywhere and was such a cute, cozy and fun place to stay. Having the community yard was an added bonus and you can’t beat having reserved parking!! Will definitely be back here for my next trip.

Just Perfect
We were in SB for a wedding and needed a convenient place to stay where we could have a quick breakfast and plenty of room to change clothes for the different events. This was a perfect find. It looks exactly as in the photos and is modern, clean, and very well appointed. Highly recommended.

SB visit
Overall the place was very nice and we will be going back again. The walls are thin so you can hear everything in the next unit. The people next to us left their dog crying for hours during the day but we were out enjoying SB so it really only bothered us on one day.

Cozy spot in heart of Santa Barbara
The Vacation Rental was great!! It was tastefully decorated, spacious, and very cozy. The bed was super comfortable, and minus the 5am bird calls (out of your control), it was very quiet. Bathroom also very spacious and had everything we needed. Parking was very convenient and directions with the codes all worked seamless. If I had to nitpick anything, it would just be the confirmation process. I had to sign a lot of documents and got over 12 emails. It's definitely a great option for someone who doesn't want to stay in a hotel but still wants to be downtown SB. I highly recommend!

Better than it looks and it looks good!
Immaculate and well-equipped, also one of the best handicapped-accessible bathrooms we've had the pleasure of staying in. My husband is in a wheelchair and the level-entry shower, bars near the toilet, and shallow sink were very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, and in walking distance to downtown. There are loads of great restaurants close by and it's a short drive to the beach areas. Onsite parking is a big plus. We would definitely recommend this location. There are larger units in the same building.

Great location
The room was very clean and well maintained. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to State street and the downtown area. We had a great weekend going to the beach and seeing a concert at the Santa Barbara Bowl. We'll be back.

We absolutely loved the property. It’s location was perfect for being able to walk to most places. The courtyard was a relaxing place to sit and enjoy and embodied the Santa Barbara vibe. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Great studio!
