Check in was super easy and the staff was friendly and courteous. The welcome basket of snacks and goodies was such a wonderful surprise! The cleaning staff was top notch as I stayed for 5 days and everyday I had fresh supplies in my room. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was amazing!!! Normally when hotels say free breakfast, it's pastries and cereal. Not here. They had a beautiful breakfast with fresh cut fruit included ( not just a banana and apple to choose from) Staff was great and polite. Front desk had no problem with a late check out because my husband was at Kaiser for a medical procedure and I couldn't pick him up until after lunch. If we ever have to come back to Santa Clara, I will definitly chose this hotel again

We were visiting for our anniversary and the staff was very helpful in giving us suggestions around the area! Loved that the parking was private and super convenient! Overall we had a great stay! Breakfast was good as well with lots of options from cereal to eggs and bacon

Quick overnight to breakup travel distance
The room was comfortable and spacious. My husband said his pillow was quite hard but beyond that we enjoyed our stay. The continental breakfast was awesome!

Overnight stay only since we had an early morning appointment in the area. Friendly staff. Older hotel but still pleasant. Quiet. Walking distance to restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.
