The Santa Cruz area is limited for high end choices, and "high end" is used loosely here. The property is ok and the view is great.

Easy check in offered a late check out with was appreciated. The room was clean and large with a great shower and comfortable bed. Amazing views from our balcony, make sure you are awake for sunrise. The food at the Jack O'Neill restaurant was delicious and the staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and hotel. A must do when in Santa Cruz.

The hotel was clean, quiet and very accommodating. Staff was super friendly. The hotel is within walking distance to the boardwalk and pier which has shops and many restaurants. The pool and hot tube was wonderful, tons of chairs and umbrellas were available. Great view of the ocean.

Staffing was very helpful after my cards were compromised due to fraud activity. The hotel was clean, easy to find, close to the beach, outer pool was amazing along with having amazing pool side service staff who were amazing as well. This hotel will be on my list for staying again in the future
