for the price and location this was perfect for a night in santa cruz. walkable to the boardwalk/dowbtown. the room was really just to sleep in and were in it for maybe 3 hours total so perfect for the situation. clean, chill.

The hotel is very misleading with the information provided as they only provided half the information regarding check in. While it is understandable this place may not be 24/7 check-in, however they failed to mention about afterhours check-in which would have been greatly appreciated as then I wouldn't have to rush to check in at this place. I am not not sure why this place would only offer half the information and not just provide the full information so the guest can plan accordingly. Also the room I had was facing the main street and it was definitely loud. Looking back, while I did read the reviews on the noise, it is usually a hit or miss when it comes to this and unfortunately the reviews on the noise is true. It is quite loud for the area. I would definitely choose a different location if I was to ever come back to this area. The rooms while interior has been renovated, the overall color choice is dark making the place feel even darker. The lighting though is quite bright to my surprise. Water pressure for shower is not there, so it takes a while to wash and didn't really enjoy it. For some this place can be a good spot as it is nearby a lot of places such as the wharf and park, unfortunately this will not be a place I will be returning to after my experience. I will try out other places in the future.

The room was clean and convenient but the people staying next door were loud and standing outside of their room yelling and partying until 2:00am and the office did not say anything to them. My husband and 3 year old daughter and I got horrible sleep. Will not be staying here again.

Clean room, very close walking distance to the boardwalk. The beds we so comfortable and the staff was very attentive and friendly! Another plus is that they have full security cameras in the parking lot, so we felt very secure. We plan on staying here again soon

Our room didn't have a kitchenette. Just a bathroom and bed, which is all we really needed. Bathroom was not luxurious but was clean and functional. Air-conditioning was great since road outside was loud (cars during day, beach goers at night). Parking space right outside room. Pretty close to the Boardwalk, definitely walkable distance. Fridge was nice and cool, plus its freezer actual froze things, like our ice packs! A good, clean budget room.

Great walking location
Perfect location for walking to the boardwalk and beach or just to get food because you didn't double check if the kitchenette had a oven for the homemade pizza you planned on having. Cute little family room suit. Only problem is the bed is as hard as the floor. The pillows were nice though.

The options where did you stay for work family business friend couple and I've tell you I've done all of it and every time courteous quick respectful rooms are clean affordable highly recommend staying here I've been staying at this hotel for for so years sometimes I stay when I come out to see shows with my friends or I take a date out or sometimes I stay because I work over here on a commute every time it's been the same experience very comfortable
