Perfect house for family reunion
This is the second time we've rented this wonderful house for a family reunion. We love the home which is beautifully decorated and furnished; very comfortable; well-equipped with TVs and kitchen utensils, pots and plans;. The property also is in a a fantastic location - Twin Lakes Beach, the Harbor, and many coffee shops and restaurants are a short walk away. We hope to spend future family reunions in this wonderful home. Stay here if you can.

Unfortunately we were misled to believe the photos. There were no stairs down to the beach nor grassy lawn as shown in the listing. Also lack of upkeep. Stains on carpet. Wallpaper falling off wall, burned out overhead light bulb. Self closing drawers that did not stay closed Partial refund given but the stay was spoiled.

Family Vacation
My wife and I along with my 3 older sisters and our Mother spent a week in this lovely home. We lived in Union City in the early 60’s and drove up to see our old house and to our surprise the next door neighbor is still there and we were able to visit with her for a few hours. 58 years later she is still sharp as a tack and shared old photos of us. Getting up early and drinking coffee while walking on the beach was awesome and the house was very comfortable for our group. Neighborhood is very quiet and overall was the perfect spot for our group. We have stayed at other places in Santa Cruz but this was by far our favorite.

Really nice stay
We had a great stay and the location was perfect. We unfortunately were there for my dad’s memorial, but the view from the living room windows showed us all his favorite spots. It’s like he was there with us. The house was clean and very comfortable. The only minor “issue” was there were lots of horseflies when we got inside the first day, other than that it was a good stay.

PERFECT!
Four of us shared this fantastic beach house. We agreed that this property is the best located, furnished, decorated, and maintained rental that we've ever experienced! My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It is well maintained and clean and the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking for a group. I was grateful for basic condiments and spices as we were traveling from far away. The views are really beautiful day and night even though we had stormy winter weather. Communication with the property manager was spot-on. Location is perfect to walk to the beach but we have a car for groceries and outings and the like. I would certainly stay here again.

The house was cute! Beach views were good, only downfall is we did not know that the driveway was hard to park in because of cars parking in driveway behind. Step down into the downstairs bed was to deep for my disabled aunt. But over all loved this little place.

Fun time!
Everything was wonderful. Very clean, modern, quiet neighbors and great view. Just a bit tricky with traffic as we walked to beach with little kids. But only two houses away.. looking forward to staying again.

Friends reconnecting
Awesome view and house. We enjoyed reconnecting and having time in the evening there, enjoying wine, appetizers and especially the SUNSET.🌅. The house is very spacious and when I walked in, it felt like home/welcoming. We would stay here again, if we decide to all vacation together again in this area, thinking SoCal next time. Just an FYI, the toilet in the master bathroom makes some noise after flushing, but it’s not a deal breaker.

We loved our time at the beach house on Twins Lakes State Beach. Just sitting and looking at the beach was restful, walking down and setting up on the beach was fun, with games on the beach, sand play and jumping in the waves and boogie boarding. I love walking the beach everyday with my husband! The kitchen is well stocked, decor is great, as well as wonderful decor all over the house! We look forward to returning again!

We are an annual Santa Cruz vacationing family. We love the Seabright Beach area but have expanded into the Twin Lakes Beach area. This property met and exceeded all our expectations. The location is great ( a little noisy at night though), the layout was great and it was VERY CLEAN! It was also well equipped. It was a great week.
