If you’d rather explore nature, it’s just a few minutes’ drive to several trailheads. On-site amenities include a community pool.

At home, outdoor space includes a fully enclosed, beautifully landscaped yard, ideal for morning coffee and evening cocktails as the sunset splashes reds and oranges across the sky. Inside, high-end furniture, Southwestern decor, viga ceilings, and an open floor plan all create a relaxed, characterful vibe. The full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, and the adjacent dining table is perfect for a family meal.

When it’s time to unwind each night, snuggle up in front of the living room fireplace to stream the latest release or use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media. A washer/dryer make it easy to stay on top of any laundry, and central air adds a layer of comfort during warm weather. Two serene sanctuaries await at the end of the night, each with their own kiva fireplace and private outdoor patio.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
