I always enjoy the hotel, the food and the art that is displayed. The breakfast staff was not as attentive as usual. One guest was disciplined by the waiter for joining her friends before her meal was served.

The only thing that kept me from 5 star was that my room was directly below the rooftop bar and it sounded like furniture being moved for hours. When I checked in they said something about a noisy bell but not that!

Great location with clean comfortable rooms. The issues we had were: no food available after 10PM and maintenance issues are not being addressed. These were the two issues we found. A floor lamp had the bulb and switch just hanging by the wires and it was a potential electrical hazzard. The toilet seats were loose and in one case it came off the toilet bowl. For our safety I took the toilet seat bolt and fastner (which I found on the floor) and placed the seat on the bowl and tightened the fastners by hand. After notifying the staff their response was, they would notify maintenance.
