The hotel was clean and good facilities. Casino adjoining, with a restaurant and nite club. Overall, a good stay for the money. Just north of Espanola, which offers great northern new mexican restaurants at fair prices.

Honestly I didn’t even get to stay here because they told me they didn’t have anymore rooms available. Even thought I reserved online. We were turned away. And I was still billed for a room I didn’t even get to stay in. The hotel desk clerk was no help. Gave no information on where to go or what to do. I have stayed here before and I never had an issue until now.

I really like the staff. They are always very friendly and helpful. I've stayed many times and everything was great. This time, two out of four pillowcases were dirty. One was stepped on (i could see the shoe print and the other was streaked with makeup)

Pros: The front desk staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. Cons: The parking lot, located around the back of the casino, did not feel safe. The door to the hotel had a key swipe that was broken, so anyone from the casino could get into the hotel and go straight to someone's room.
