Beach Villa Catalina is a delightfully pretty, holiday home with private pool located within easy walking distance to the sandy beach and shops of Can Picafort. Sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, the villa offers unbeatable value for money in a location where a car is not essential. The interiors are welcoming and beautifully decorated, the gardens are inviting, the newly installed swimming pool inviting: all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday!

Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. The ground floor is occupied by a huge, covered terrace and by a useful poolside bathroom. The upper floor, which can be reached by an outdoor staircase, offers a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with dining area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are respectively 2 double and 2 twins, yet the twin beds can be joined to form doubles if required by the guests. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room while the remaining 3 bedrooms share a family bathroom. All the interiors have been carefully refurbished to offer comfort, style and a sense of freedom. The lounge is air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).

Large terraces surround all the upper floor.


Outside the villa has its own lovely gardens, with shaded dining areas, shrubs, flowers and a beautiful private swimming pool (measuring 15sqm). The pool I provided with sunbeds for the comfort of the guests. Dining by the pool or enjoying a drink before a troll down to the beach will be a true delight!

Good - but not more
Ich verstehe nicht, wie man ein so schönes Haus mit so alten Möbeln vollstellen kann. Klar, muss die Qualität stimmen, ansonsten gehen die Möbel kaputt, aber wir haben uns deswegen nicht so wohl gefühlt, wie es hätte sein können.

Haus Son Baulo
Schönes Haus, dem ein paar Updates gut tun würden, z.B. eine Sitzgruppe mit Stühlen auf der Terrasse. Die Holzbänke sind nicht sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist alt und verbreitet einen unangenehmen Geruch. Bäder sind modern und schön. Betten waren bequem. Der Pool ist sehr klein und war zu unserer Reisezeit im Oktober sehr kalt. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß keine 10 Minuten. Leider war er während unseres Aufenthaltes voller Algen.

Die Villa war ganz okey. Auf den Bildern sieht sie etwas moderner aus als in echt. Der Garten wurde leider vernachlässigt. Jedoch die Lage der Villa ist super zentral!! Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass das Geschirr dreckig war & ed lediglich eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer gab. Diese hatte natürlich keinen Einfluss auf die Schlafzimmer, weshalb wir teilweise im Wohnzimmer übernachten mussten. Dies könnte man noch verbessern. Für den Preis der Villa könnte man jefoch eine Luxuriösere erwarten. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen. Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt zu beachten: die Villa befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, weshalb die Nachbarn allergisch auf den kleinsten Lärm sind. Das sollten Villamieter wissen. Trotzallem kann die Villa für nicht sehr hohe Erwartungen weiterempfohlen werden.
