We stayed in T3, the furthest from town. Large 2 bdrm condo with larger common area. Alejandro was very nice and directed us into the unit, and called a cab for us when we left. Walkable to Santa Cruz and Entrega; we walked to Crucesita once, but it was about 4 miles. Cabs are cheap.
The unit smelled of mold/mildew, but opening windows and doors helped. AC works well. Biggest downside: Next door has 5 dogs, which bark randomly at all hours. The neighborhood has several dogs, and they all join in. No views except from the rooftop into town. The property line goes right up to the adjoining neighbor; we stayed in 201 and the neighbors next door and across the way could look right into our bedroom if the blinds are open (easy fix to just close blinds, of course.)
Overall, a good place to stay for short period; I wouldn't want to live there.
