This lovely property features an amazing view from the balcony of the Bay and Ocean where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea or cocktails in the evening. This condo offers 2 bedrooms with a king bed in the primary and a queen bed in the secondary, and a Queen Sofa Sleeper. Along with 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower and a hair dryer. Additionally, there is a living room with a comfy sofa bed for extra space. Enjoy amenities like Filtered Water system for purified drinking water, a fully stocked Kitchen, all new appliances; a full size Fridge/Freezer, Gas oven & stovetop, microwave and a dishwasher. It has a great new Coffee maker, iron and board, Heating and A/C, also (4) ceiling fans to save on electricity. A 60" inch new Smart T.V. to access your streaming shows; Netflix, Prime Video etc. Starlink WiFi, and a full size Washer & Dryer in the unit. We look forward to hosting you at our beautiful beachfront property. There is also a great Seafood restaurant right down stairs in the building that can deliver to your unit. Also, there is an elevator to ease the lifting of luggage to this 2nd floor unit. There is a outdoor heated Pool and Hot tubs right next door at: NIRU beach club and you can get a day pass for a nominal fee to swim in the pool with the kids. You can also get an all inclusive pass for a bit more, that offers an all you can eat lunch/brunch, unlimited native cocktails, beer & wine and access to Niru private beach.
