Pros: Beautiful facility very close to the beach and shops. Extremely safe everywhere we went with our family of 5. Staff is very attentive and courteous. Cons: Very noisy by the pool from 8am to 5pm due to neighbouring construction site. Gets dusty as well. ( Didn’t bother us really as we were to caught up with the weather and scenery)

Amazing pools!
We loved our stay! The hotel is under construction, so there was some noise. The included breakfast was substantial and very good. The pools were simply amazing, less only because of the construction. The rooms were quiet, the beds were comfortable. We would stay there again if we found ourselves in Santa Marta.

Comparamos la estancia en este hotel con dos estancias que hemos tenido recientemente en un hotel cercano a este. Para que el Porto Horizonte llegue al mismo nivel de servicio del otro debe: mejorar el desayuno (muy básico para lo que se cobra), disponer de carpas al servicio de los huespedes en la playa, establecer una lista de espera para facilitar el parqueo de los vehículos de los turístas cuando hay poca disponibilidad de espacios y, en general, implementar otros servicios como bar, restaurante, venta de bebidas y mecatos, etc. Lo mejor del hotel: las piscinas y los complementos de la habitación (refrigerador, cocina, secadora de pelo, etc.).

No arreglarin mi habitación 2 días y tuve que reclamar para que li hagan. No tienen servicio de Restaurante. Los elevadores están mal programados y se semoran u a eternjdad en mmefar y kjego paran en cada piso, sin nexesidad. Por lo demás, todo bken. Gracias.

Viaje familiar fin de año.
Habitaciones en muy buen estado, son nuevas. Han mejorado mucho el desayuno, según reseñas pasadas, para mí, Lo noté muy bien y variado. La atención de todo el personal es muy amable y atentos. El sector de piscina quizás por la temporada alta no cuenta con suficientes sillas y parasoles aunque tienen el espacio. Definitivamente falta un minimarket o algo más cerca para comprar algo de tomar o comer. Al ser permitidos los animales, alguna de las habitaciones aún olían a perro. Quizás deberían tener algunos apartamentos para dichos huéspedes, así como lo tienen para no fumadores. La potencia del agua en las duchas está muy bien. Camas cómodas. En una de las habitaciones solo dejaron una sola toalla y aunque se solicitó la segunda desde el principio nunca llegó en 4 noches de estadía.
