Somewhat disappointed
To assist future tenants, based on our stays at numerous facilities, we offer the following observations. This VRBO has the potential to be a great asset for both the community and the traveler.Keys should be labeled so new tenants know which key to use in which lockKitchen: Coffee pot had old coffee and grounds with mold. The cabinet that was missing a knob, had cereal in it.Add a better stock of dinnerware and more utensils such as a cookie sheet and baking pan.Bathroom: Left side side basin, only the left faucet works, hardly drains. Right side basin, water flow is just a trickleWi-Fi instructions were hard to find. The hotel manager found them, found the television remote andprovided basic instructions for operation of the heater in the living room.There are two “heater/air conditioners” in the bedroom. No instructions for either.Kitchen has one seat and not conducive to multiple persons eating. Needs a dining area with chairs.A desk and chair need to be added in the room adjacent to the living room.The bedside lamp was not working.A book/binder with instructions for the tenant at a minimum should be provided to include: • Wi-Fi codes. • Heater operation directions in both rooms • What to do with linen when checking out. • What to do with garbage when checking out. • The hotel desk, which is where we initially got our keys, was not available when we tried to turn on our keys. • Who to contact and how, if there is an issue.
