On entering the property you are in a large open plan lounger, diner and kitchen area. There is a sofa bed in the lounge side. From the lounge there is a studio with a further sofa bed. To the left of the entry door is large kitchen and dining area. At the rear there are two bathroom, one a family bathroom and the second is a shower room. Two double bedrooms, one on either side of the house.
To the left of the kitchen there is a spiral staircase which takes you to the first floor of the property where there is a large open plan lounge and dining area. To the rear is a double bedroom and a shower room bedside it. (The villa has private garage)
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- ***There is an additional linen/towels fee and electricity fee to be paid at the property in cash (owner will give instructions once booking is confirmed)***
The electricity fee is 12 euros each day, and the linen and towel 12 euros each.
