To the left of the entry door is large kitchen and dining area. At the rear there are two bathroom, one a family bathroom and the second is a shower room. Two double bedrooms, one on either side of the house.

To the left of the kitchen there is a spiral staircase which takes you to the first floor of the property where there is a large open plan lounge and dining area. To the rear is a double bedroom and a shower room bedside it. (The villa has private garage).Tv in the both floors.
