This ground floor beach condo is newly furnished and updated from top to bottom for relaxed and care-free fun. Its equipped with the conveniences and comforts you enjoy at home - but even better because the beach is right outside your back door.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and patio access. Private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, twin-over-twin bunks, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Beachside Condos:
Beachside Condominiums is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 3-story complex features a community pool and private beach access. You'll be in the perfect location - right off scenic Highway 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Best location I have ever vacationed
Amazing condo, very good use of the square feet, clean, prompt communication from management. Keep in mind that it only comes with 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, that was a little off taste for us to have to visit the gas station for extra TP for a 3-night stay. AMAZING PRIVATE BEACH!

Steps from the beach
Our family loved this condo! The past 10 years we have stayed at One Seagrove Place and I decided to book something different to see if the beach area would be less crowded. This place did not disappoint! It looks even cuter than the pics! The decor was fun and everything coordinated even the dishes! There were thoughtful touches all throughout the condo- like labels, extra hooks, ziplock bags, fans, etc. I loved that we could walk out the sliding glass door and be steps from the beach! The view from the condo was beautiful as well. The beach in front of the condo is private so there were a lot less people than at One Seagrove Place. Be warned however that the company that provides the chair/ umbrella rentals put the chairs as close to the water as possible and came out at 5:45 each day! So if you want to guarantee your family has their spot in front, put your chairs out at 5:30 like I did every morning :). The company that manages the condos always sent prompt info when needed. We didn’t have any issues the whole week.:) The condo fit our entire family which includes mostly teens beautifully. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

The decor in this condo was very nice. We had a problem with the rain. I had purchases sitting along the wall of the bed room. We were out and it rained. My purchases got soaked and the floor and the window was also soaked. Looks like not the first time. Should have been fixed before.

Perfect location!
We loved our stay at BSC2. The location to the beach is perfect for families with small kids. The beach was very flat with a lot of shallow areas for kids to play! Highly recommend!

Great location
The location of the property was incredibly convenient to all the 30A points of interest without the over crowding. An easy mile walk to near by seaside. Plenty of restaurants and shops very close by. The condo was an older unit and while recently remodeled it was still showing it’s age. We unfortunately had cold rainy weather the whole time we were there so we spent more time than we planned to indoors.

Perfect place for young kids!!
Wonderful condo-great for little ones! Will definitely book again! The kitchen is well equipped. Bring k cups for the Keurig. The washer/dryer in the kitchen was a major bonus. The living room/kitchen area is very cute & functional. There are open walkways in the home which made it easy for my husband, who is an amputee, to get around on crutches while giving our 3 & 1 year old space to play, as well. The bedrooms/bathrooms are spacious and cozy. The back patio is great with a grassy area perfect for little kids to play on. Take about 10 steps and you are at the steps to the beach. Could not have asked for a better set up for my family! Chip’s Chair Rental was very helpful getting our beach chairs and umbrellas placed in an accessible location. The location is walkable to a few restaurants, including Cafe 30A-delicious! Walked and picked up dinner in 5 minutes.

Great Place
The unit is clean and well furnished. Perfect for a family vacation to the beach. Just a few steps away from the sand. Interior is tastefully decorated and appears to have been recently updated. Ran into a few snags which were minor in hindsight. Door code didn't work and property manager took a long time to respond. Also there is an orange plastic construction fence at the top of the dune which impedes the view and takes away from the otherwise perfect ocean views. Pretty sure the fence is temporary. Also we did arrive on busiest day of year, so long response from property manager is likely not typical.

Great Unit
Our family had a great stay at Beachside 2! It was myself, my husband, our two children (ages 6 and 5) and my mother-in-law. The unit was well sized and a perfect location (ground floor and literally steps away from beach access). The unit was also well stocked with games and puzzles to pass the rainy days of our trip. The beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture. The unit was very clean with plenty of storage space! The only issue we encountered was a leaky master bedroom window. Maintenance was quick to respond and was able to temporarily fix the issue to prevent any more water from coming through the window. Overall, highly recommend the unit and would definitely consider staying again!

Seagrove Fun
We enjoyed our stay at Beachside condo. The beds where comfortable and the layout of the condo worked great. You walk straight out the backdoor onto the beach. The condo is across the street from Cafe Thirty A, Tom Thumb, bike rentals, kayak and paddle board rentals. The only bad thing about our stay was the beach had some erosion due to the recent storm and the beach was not as wide as it was last year and there is some interesting black wood like formations on the beach. We usually rent beach chairs, but didn’t this time because the rentals at the unit were old and worn looking. I think the condos should use a different company with newer equipment. I would love to rent this unit again and was fortunate to get it during COVID.
