Tule käymään upeissa rannoissamme Seagrove Floridassa! On paljon tekemistä ja nähdä pitkin 30A valkoisen sokerin hiekkarantoja South Walton, palkittavia ravintoloita ja upea boutique shopping.

Tulet rakastumaan kotimme poissa kotoa rannalla! Tilava loppuyksikkö huoneisto pohjakerroksessa, jossa on king-vuode ja kuningatar ulosvedettävä sohva. Täydellinen keittiö, jossa on kaikki Ninja-kahvilasta sekoittimeen kaikkiin juomatehtäviin. Kadun toisella puolella on rantayhteys yhden korttelin päässä. Älä unohda myös mukana rantatuoleja ja ranta ostoskoriin! Kävele joillekin Seagroven parhaista ravintoloista, kuten Perfect Pig ja Cafe 30A, tai vuokrata polkupyöriä ja käydä rauhassa ratsastaa kauppoja ja ruoka-autoja varten meren rannalla. Rentoudu kauniissa, kuohuviini-altaassa päivän jälkeen rannalla tai nauti lasillinen viiniä katettu patio.

Meillä on kaikki mitä tarvitset lyhytaikaiseen oleskeluun tai pidempään oleskeluun ilman, että tarvitset koskaan autosi. Internet, kaapeli ja Apple TV ovat käden ulottuvilla kuunnellessasi suosikki-pandora-asemaa, joten muista tuoda iPhone. Publix sijaitsee vain hieman yli kilometrin päässä kaikista päivittäistavarakaupan tarpeista.

Babymoon Paradise
We had a great time, very relaxed. We very much enjoyed the unit, it was clean and well maintained. It was in a great location and we spent the majority of our time on the beach or out at delicious restaurants for food, but we came home tired and able to relax comfortably in the condo each night. The AC worked great and the bed was very comfortable.

Great location, decor and all around stay!! could not have been any happier. Only thing is the floors need mopping. We had to wear shoes or else our feet would be dirty and have to be washed. Other than that it was perfectly clean!! Again - we highly recommend this condo!!

We had a wonderful stay (2 adults, 2 kids). The Villa is nicely decorated, looks just like the photos and it was clean. We brought our own air mattress for the kids to sleep on although it does have a pull out sofa and a roll away bed (not stable so we didn't use it maybe there is wheel locks on it, but I couldn't find them). The closet storage & cube storage was nice to have to store our clothes in the packing cubes since I didn't see a dresser in the photos. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, but the street to cross can get busy. (We brought our own beach chairs so can't say how the ones that our provided are)The pool was a plus, most days we had it to ourselves! They also had some floats there that the kids enjoyed using! There really isn't much shopping close by that's reasonable walking distance. I wish we could of rented bikes or a golf cart, but it was pricey. If you have your own definitely bring them or if it's in your budget rent them! First time visiting the area and would definitely love to come back the beach was beautiful!

Quiet, Cozy 30A Stay
My husband and I stayed here with our boykin spaniel for a quick weekend getaway. Check in information was provided in a timely manner and check out was easy. Everything was exactly as listed. Perfect place for a couple. The neighborhood was very quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Parking was plentiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful getaway!
Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay in Seagrove beach. This location was perfect and convenient. While you are a short walk to 2 different public beach access, we opted to drive down to Grayton Beach State Park about 3 miles down the road for our beach days. The pool was wonderful to come back to and relax in the evenings. Absolutely beautiful beaches and the condo had everything we needed to prepare our meals in each night. We walked to get shaved iced treats at Hokulia most nights. I recommend coconut and lime shave ice with key lime pie ice cream. :) This was the perfect location for our family and we would recommend staying here if you are looking for something small and quiet.

Great Location
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location close to restaurants and just a 6 min walk to the beach. The pool area looked very nice though we didn’t use it during our stay. This condo was the perfect size for the two of us, however the bedroom is pretty small. We weren’t able to unpack as there was no dresser and only three hangers in the closet. Other than that, the kitchen was spacious as well as the balcony area. Quiet location, too.

Quiet, easy, great location, great value
We drove through the heavy Saturday congestion of Seaside and Watercolor so we were pleased when we arrived in our location. It's a simple walk to the beach, made easier with the provided wagon. The beach chairs were an added benefit (check them before you use them because a couple have seen better days). The unit was nicely remodeled and well equipped. They were kind enough to supply coffee filters and a couple of laundry pods. Thanks! Although we never used the pool, it looked clean and convenient. It has a shower and rest room so no need to go back to your unit. I'm sure there are many good restaurants around the area but our location was very convenient to my three favorites; Perfect Pig (Berry Salad), Cafe 30A(bread pudding and the sea scallops) and Beachy Bean (coffees and super acai bowl). The owner was probably the best owner we've ever dealt with for prompt communication. I was a bonehead and failed to read ALL the provisions about prior notification of dogs. But we handled things without incident (note to self: read everything). All in all, I would highly recommend this unit.

Quiet condo in a nice location
We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The place was tastefully remodeled and decorated. The couch and chairs were uncomfortable but not the worst we've encountered in a vacation rental. Luckily the bed was very comfortable. We went mid April and it was really quiet. Often we were the only people in the pool. The condo is small - it was fine for me and spouse but might feel tight with more people. The location was nice- just a short walk to the public beaches, very close drive to Seaside or Rosemary Beach, and a manageable drive over to Destin or PCB for more activities. We really enjoyed the low key vibe of the condo and area and would definitely return.

Our Stay on 30A
We enjoyed our stay at Seagrove Beach. The condo is well-located and clean, and though we didn’t have kids with us, it would be great for a small family without the room in the car to tote everything kids need when away from home. That being said, we experienced a few hiccups you should be aware of. The owners provide an extensive information sheet, but it’s not entirely accurate. Check the welcome text for check-in instructions and follow-up about check-out duties. Similarly, bring your own bottled water or water filter if you don’t like to drink out of the tap. If you have clothes you’d like to hang, bring hangers. Also bring your own beach umbrella. If you’d like to watch anything TV-14 and above, you’ll need the code 0000. Two notes on utilities: The AC cannot be set below 68 degrees F or else you will be charged for repairs. Also, the hot water doesn’t get very hot, which is great for kid safety but may disappoint adults. Luggage racks would be a welcome addition, but because of the size of the bed in the bedroom, suitcases don’t really fit in there. A couple of things are broken: the curtain rod on the left in the living room, which doesn’t allow you to pull the curtains open, and the screen door outside, which doesn’t allow you to have the door open without letting bugs in. While there is a lot of dishware, there’s not a lot of glassware, especially rocks glasses. The owners responded quickly to texts but didn’t offer to address any concerns. Enjoy your stay!

Weekend Getaway
Highly recommend this vender! It was a great size and perfect location for us. Upon arrival, it was exceptionally clean and the pool is a nice bonus. We did have to go to a different beach access, as the one closest and mentioned is currently closed to the public. Thankfully we have been to the area recently so we knew of another access to go to. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend!
