Tämä kaunis Seagrove-koti on täydellinen paikka loistavalle lomalle. Sisällä on tilava avoin pohjaratkaisu. Olohuoneessa on runsaasti mukavia istuimia, jotka nauttivat rentoutumasta ja katsellen litteä�� näyttöä. Keittiö on täysin varustettu laitteilla ja siinä on runsaasti tilaa jopa suuremmalle ryhmälle. Keittiöpöydän ääressä on myös ylimääräisiä istuimia suurille perheillallisille.

Kotona on neljä makuuhuonetta. Kaksi on queen-vuoteet, sitten on kolmas kerrossänky, jossa on kaksi kerrossänkyä. Master-sviitti on tilava, ja siinä on mukava king-vuode. Kaikissa huoneissa on viihtyisä sisustus ja varmasti tuntuu olosi kotoisaksi.

Talossa on suuri, oma uima-allas. Täydellinen paikka nauttia rantamatkoista! Siellä on runsaasti tilaa uima-altaalla ja takapiha on aidattu. Saatat myös nauttia potkimasta takaisin johonkin kodin parvekkeista / kanneista. Tämä ominaisuus sisältää myös hiiligrillin!

Kaiken kaikkiaan koti on lämmin ja kutsuva. Se sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla ja tekee loistavasta lomasta. Älä anna jonkun muun saada haluamasi päivämäärät, varaa etukäteen.

Great place.

Great place. Very clean. Had everything we needed except for we did run out of toilet paper (bring some extra rolls!). Area was amazing. Walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Coffee and donut shop about 5 minutes ago. Pool was clean and refreshing. Beds were cozy. Communication with the host company was very easy. Would definitely recommend!

Wouldn’t stay here again.

The house had great space - but it felt dirty and was very outdated. Cobwebs everywhere and if you walked barefoot in the house your feet would be black. All the furniture was old and falling apart. Great location - just needs a lot of work.

Wonderful Stay

We had our family vacation with the kids and grandkids, we loved every second of it. Beach was 5 mins away, pool was amazing and the home was just right for us. The location is perfect, the town quaint and we will be back again, possibly every year. Thank you for allowing us to spend our family vacation in your home!

Family vacation

Overall it was great a few hiccups. The hot nob in master bathroom was broken but usable and the toilet in master bedroom didnt seem like it wanted to flush. The banister in the hallway was broken but my husband tried to fix it the best he could. The house was beautiful and the backyard was amazing.

A Nice Home That Needs Some work

First of all the good stuff! The home is pet friendly, has a private pool and is in a nice location. The sitting area beyond the pool with the fire pit is a nice gathering area. There were a total of seven of us and the the home had plenty of space for all of us. The carpet had been recently cleaned or replace. Also it had been painted inside recently and overall was clean. The internet worked fine and a crew was burying a new line to the house. Now for things that need attention☹️. Many of the items mentioned in prior reviews have not been addressed. The clothes dryer still does not dry well. The tile floors in the home are cracked and loose. The spindles on the back deck are missing or loose and the framing above the rear door is evidently rotten. Each time you open the door you get a little shower of rotten wood. We were not comfortable using the upper deck. All of the pool furniture needs replaced as well as all the torn, soiled and faded outdoor cushions. The pool area and sitting area are in desperate need of tree trimming, cleaning and maintenance. The pool area is shaded most of the day so it was cold in early October but we elected not to heat it due to cost and our limited use. Would we rent this home again? Probably as it is in a nice location and suited our needs. Just an older home that needs some work.

No internet, no tv, safety issues

Upon arrival we were advised there was no internet or television service due to a storm. We were offered a property two doors down. Unfortunately, we had already unpacked and settled. Kids were in the pool. So we stuck it out even though we were unable to watch the Alabama game. Surrounding properties all had internet and television so I believe the weather excuse was just that...an excuse. The property is dated and poorly maintained. Spindles were missing or loose from railings getting to the pool. This was a big safety hazard for a group with small children. Floor tiles were cracked. One roll of t.p. per bath for a party of 8 was insufficient. Glad we brought our own. We had to bring cooking supplies as well.. Carpet was dirty and stained. The dishwasher came away from the countertop and was not secured. There were loose electrical outlets throughout the house. This is a fire hazard and prevented cell phone and tablet charging. The concrete pool surround requires a good power washing. The dryer required 2-3 cycles to dry a regular load. We were unable to figure out how to lock the front door when we left. A call to the property manager (Kelly) resulted in a very rude response. We had to wait 30 minutes for maintenance. The property manager made this right after I demanded a partial refund. I would not recommend Sand Dollar One.

A Great Stay!

The house was perfect for our needs - very spacious! There needs to be some work done on the back porch. The spindles on the back porch are falling down. Several times we were in the pool and a spindle would just fall to the ground with no one near it. Also there needs to be more lighting on the back patio around the grill. We had to move the grill to the drive way to be able to see to cook after dark.

Family time

The property is in a very nice location. It needs a good deep clean and some attention to upkeep (tiles are cracked thru out the main area of the house). Disappointed that we spent an additional $600 for heated pool that was warm, but cloudy the entire stay. I phoned and was told someone would come out but no one ever did.

Fall Break at Seagrove

The property worked perfectly for our short fall break visit. The location was great, walking distance to beach and away from the busy Seaside restaurants. We had an issue with the king bed in the master bedroom being broken when we checked in and unfortunately was not replaced until after we checked out but the property manager assured we would be refunded a portion of our stay for our inconvenience. He was very polite and fair in dealing with the concern. We would reccommend this location for your visit!

Great vacation - fine not fabulous house

Pros: this house was spacious, in a great location, with a nice and clean pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and the entire house had nice furniture. The kitchen was pretty well equipped with lots of dishes, drink ware, cutlery, pots, pans etc. The safety alarm for exiting the back door onto the pool deck was very loud but manageable and necessary with little kids. Cons: the house is really showing wear and tear. Almost every surface is banged up, scuffed or scratched. The bathrooms have aging grout and caulking; one had a broken toilet seat. The pool is also showing wear with cracked tiles. The main con is that this house isn’t really super clean. There are lots of dirt and hand prints around high touch door frames and kitchen cupboards. The pool deck and loungers are filthy and it’s clear no one scrubs them on the regular. There are no plastic glasses or dishes for around the pool. After doing some laundry I checked between the dryer and wall to see if I dropped anything and someone else’s laundry was down there. There’s a decent gap between the fridge and wall where there was lots of dust and a festive champagne cork! Did any of these things detract from our stay or having a good time at the beach? No they did not. If we had stayed longer maybe so.

Nice Home but could use some updates.

Overall the property was good and we enjoyed our stay but the house could use some updating. Close to the beach with only a short walk. Master bedroom mattress needs to be turned or replaced. Supports for the steps at rear of home out to pool need replacement. TV's could use updating to larger smart TVs. All in all the home was good but a little updating would make it alot better.

Summer vacation

Location of the property was convenient and close to beach. The house was clean but in need of updating (carpet on stairs and upstairs). The kitchen is not stocked well for a large group as there were no large skillets, no oven mits, no griddle for prepping a large breakfast, and the cabinets are very worn. It was difficult opening the one drawer which hits the oven door handle. The biggest disappointment was the pool area. The picture on the listing is when the pool apparentally was first built. There are now trees growing over the area surrounding the pool with a constant dropping of pine needles and cones. The patio around pool was filthy and black in areas from all the trees. The chairs were unexcusable as worn and frayed in areas. The outdoor dining table was filthy upon arrival and the porch area had not been swept. There was a new charcoal grill which we used several times. It looks like a tired beach house that needs a lot of updating.
